I bought a replacement battery for my old HP laptop from Better Batt. It arrived quickly with no problems, I had not used it much, however, after fully discharging it would not recharge. I advised Better Batt. They provided steps that I could take to troubleshoot the problem. After many attempts using the troubleshooting steps, I was unable to get the battery to recharge. I sought a replacement or to get my money back. I was advised that they had a 400 day money back guarantee, of which I was not aware, but a replacement was available. Outstanding support service from this company. A replacement battery was delivered very quickly and it is performing well. I will certainly use this company again for future battery purchases for many of my devices. Thank you for the 5 star excellent service.

The Dyson battery replacement stopped working for what ever reason. I reported it to Better Batteries and Elcana was very fast in responding and arranged for a replacement. Very good customer service. I advice people to use Better Batteries for replacement batteries if they are needed.

Drop ship from China contrary to what the website leads you to believe. I payed extra thinking my product was here in Australia. I could have purchased from AliExpress cheaper for the same lengthy shipping time. Never again will they get my money. And I still dont thave my order.

Better Batt responded very quickly to my product being damaged during transit! A new replacement was express shipped to me at no cost. I was very happy with the end to end experience.

I had an issue with battery compatibility. BetterBatt did their best to resolve the issue and when this was not successful they posted a refund immediately.

There was a supply issue with an item I ordered; Better Batt stayed in touch and kept me informed regularly, until we both decided a refund for now pending supply issues being resolved was the best answer. Consistent & attentive service - well done.

I ordered 2 items on 1 Sep 21 and 1 item on 2 Sep 21. I received an email to advise that one item had been sent from first order almost immediately, but I had ordered 2 items? I sent my first email to customer service, and received a well written and clear response explaining that one item could easily be sent from the Sydney depot whereas the second item would be dispatched from Melbourne. My third item would also be dispatched from Melbourne. I received the first item 7Sep21. I sent off another email in regards to the tracking of the other items on 8Sep21 thinking that they wouldn't be far away. I received a professional email in return from Johann providing a link to track the item as it was not from the same company that delivered my first item. I received 2 follow up emails which I greatly appreciated and received my third order on 16Sep and my second order on 17Sep. I am extremely happy and impressed with the standard of customer service given by this company and will continue to order from them. I was dissatisfied with the time that it took for delivery, (stated on shipping docs 1-7 bus day Aus Wide), but understand that this is through no fault of Better Batt.

Amazing customer service! I made a mistake in my order by putting model number in the wrong order realised once I had received and opened it but they still paid postage back and 100% refunded. 400 day return policy if things didn't go as expected is pretty much exactly that - you honestly cant have more peace of mind than that and the process was seamless and speedy even with COVID delivery delays. Thank you team and special thanks to Elcana couldn't have made it any easier really.

I ordered 2 batteries from Better Batt as the postage policy is free for purchases of 2 or more items - One for my laptop and one for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ Phone. The laptop battery solved my problem immediately and was the perfect fit for my HP laptop, perfect price and holds it's charge unlike the one it replaced. Unfortunately the Samsung Battery I ordered incorrectly(my fault), as it was for a tablet style phone rather than the S9+. It was 8cm wide and my phone was only 7.5 cm wide. I realized immediately there was a problem! When I rang Better Batt I spoke to Reymark who explained it was for a tablet style phone and said he would arrange a credit for me with no problem. I am not out of pocket, despite the error being mine, which I could be with another business. Thank You Better Batt!
