Marvin from Better Batt answered my email query very quickly, and I ordered straight after he gave me his advice. The product arrived much quicker than I had even hoped (even in the lead up to Christmas) and my Bose SoundLink Mini speaker is now working better than ever. Our laptop indicated the battery to be fully charged, but the laptop switched itself off as soon as the AC power chord was removed. I asked two computer repair shops in our town for help, but they were not able to advise. I contacted Better Batt as i had made an error with my online order. A quick ph call was all that was required & my issue was resolved. Very professional and prompt service to rectify my error. Terrible service after waiting for a week I didnt receive my computer battery , just the fake HP ink cartridge. Which I bought for free shipment of total parcel. Agent then says in fine print it says backorder for two month time in August. I ask them what can be done to expedite the process and next thing I get an email they cancelled the battery part of the order . Really unprofessional
