I had an enquiry and even though there was a time difference, they responded promptly. Although they were unable to help me due to location, still happy to commend their customer service.

They were supportive and quick to reply with my concerns. Recently bought a laptop battery. I am still checking, will review after using the battery and how it goes.

The battery was either faulty or there was a compatibility issue and even though we changed our mind about wanting one, (the laptop was quite old) the refund was offered without hesitation. I have since purchased 2 more batteries from Better Batt.

I bought one of their batteries for my MacBook Pro, and it would go from 90% to 7% instantly. I requested a replacement, but the new battery they sent me had the same problem. The battery only has 20 cycles, and it's dropped to 60% health.

I ordered a couple of different types of batteries. One type wasn't in stock which held up the order. When I contacted support though, they split the order in two so that that the batteries that were in stock were shipped. They also followed up to let me know what was happening and to check that the order had arrived. I'm a happy customer (again).

I requested for a computer battery replacement. They did send me one but have charging issues. They did diagnosed the problem quickly and send another replacemnet. Love the team for taking their time in ensuring i get the help needed.

TL;DR. Fake reviews, fake website, bad quality products, got scammed, would definitely NOT recommend The website itself seems fairly suspicious. "All positive, no negative". Most of the reviews on its website are completely fake, you cannot even leave a review on the website but instead it shows "past reviews". There are hundreds reviews from April 2014 for this specific laptop battery (Dell XPS 13 9350), when the laptop itself was released in October 2015. The reviews with 0 stars still have positive comments, which makes no sense. The phone number listed on their "contact us" page was disconnected, so I cannot even return it even with its so-called "400 Day Money Back Guarantee". The laptop battery replacement that I received wasn't as advertised, the specifications were completely wrong. As a result, my laptop's performance was abysmal, the low wattage could have potentially damaged its components.
