Broke a lampshade on a 3 way set whilst installing. Not bought direct from the company but contacted them on the off chance could get 1 shade & not have to buy a whole new fitting. Found some lamps after seeing them sold out in Dunelm I found them on Poole Lighting website and for half price!! Instead of paying £60 for 2 lamps, I paid £30 for the exact same ones and they came the next day! Really helpful customer service. Cannot recommend enough
