Yodel damaged the first delivery but I had to tell laithwates and have the order resent. Second delivery was left on door step instead of at the rear door when out. Better communication needed between yodel and laithwates.

The wine that I bought was very nice and at a fair price. The ordering process was easy and shipment quick. The experience was spoiled, however, by the carrier -Yodel - who delivered to the wrong house some way from my home. I was left to carry 2 heavy cases some distance due to their laziness.
