I called them this morning to make a complaint and they told me they would delete the number from their system. About 10 minutes later she got another call! I'll be making a complaint to TPS but I figured a review to show people how these people do business wouldn't hurt.

United Kingdom | 03 September 2024After my elderly father received a call advising he could swap suppliers, which we did not want but as he is very hard of hearing, he inadvertently agreed. When I discovered money had been taken from his account I chased up Utility Discount. Once I was contacted by Jade and explained the situation she assured me it would be investigated. She went above and beyond to rectify the issue and was so apologetic on behalf of the company. Although they were not to know my father's condition and capacity she was so helpful and agreed that in future they will be more mindful when calling elderly customers with offers. I can't thank Jade enough for her assistance and the speed in which she resolved my problem.

United Kingdom | 24 May 2024Extremely poor service by this company. 1) Received a text message from them today (24/05/2024) stating my energy switch is going ahead. I cancelled it with Utility Warehouse on 23/05/2024 of which ibreceived confirmation from them and my current energy supplier. 2) The call handler, Paul refused to allow me to finish a sentence and thought he knew it all. Said I should get my facts straight. He refused to listen and was sarcastic and laughing at me so...Great service! This company recommended me to Utility Warehouse and after the energy switch was blocked they then contact me with useless information. Jobsworths!! Edit: Update (30/05/2024) I received a mobile sim in the post at the weekend. Today I received a letter confirming my services switch (energy, briadband and mobile) is going ahead. Utility discount didn't cancel the whole account as requested. I called Utility Warehouse (custoner service is very good) they cancelled the services before I get charged for them. I called Utility Discount and asked for my calla to be listened to because someone clearly hasn't done their job thoroughly. Another call handler who speaks fast and seemed in a hurry to end the call. He was new to the company so he said so some leeway is needed. I asked for an email so I can state my grievances in writing becuase apparently rhe manager was "too busy" to talk to me. I lost brain cells talking to representatives of this cheap deals outfit. I'm done. I'll put it in writing and they can please themselves.

I'm up and running, the transfer seems to have gone smoothly Upto now, I'm just waiting on my previous mobile phone company to stop sending me threatening letters, hopefully this will stop soon!
