United Kingdom | 21 January 2025I was told they could supply me with a better deal than I already get with my current supplier when the email arrived to welcome me it said I could only get this deal if I had home phone mobile phone and Broadband through them I never agreed to this as I have all these services on contract with my supplier already this deal was missold I am trying to change back to my original supplier but Utility told me to get my previous supplier to sort it out my original supplier said I just need to cancel the changeover and then they could sort it out I have over £500 in credit with my previous supplier which has been sent over to Utility this is so frustrating and it’s down to Utility miss selling their services
