Cold called my 82yr old father and conned him. I later cancelled the change of energy provider for him. He received a bill from Utility Warehouse for £11+. I phoned Utility Warehouse. Because Utility DISCOUNT have to move 2 utilities, they had added in a SIM card!!. Utility WAREHOUSE cancelled this for me and refunded. They are being inundated with calls from elderly people who have been switched without realising what they’re signing up for, then receiving high bills. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A LETTER OF APOLOGY………UNDERHAND PRACTICES
