United Kingdom | 11 April 2025Honestly, I’ve never had such an awful experience with a company. I have had to report them for fraud today to the police. Their reply today reads as “we want to sort this now but we’ve stolen from you and treated you like crap up until now but now it’s public we will sort it… oh and… we don’t know who you are but we want to sort it anyway”. Lunacy! The police, action fraud, trading standards are all aware of my details and account number and all unauthorised transactions you’ve stolen from my account. Don’t be fooled by this fake “professionalism”. It’s not what I experienced on the telephone and it’s not what others are used to. Reviews on this site seem to have been written by staff members, also. I stupidly bought a till and software from this company. On the day we opened, I went to the till to charge our first customer, wouldn’t work! I had to contact the office. I called, they said I hadn’t used the card machine so I had to pay £138 in charges! I’d not even opened the till!!!! Not once!! So, I had to pay it! The very next day, till turned off again! They wanted another £64!!! This went on and on! Eventually I decided I’d had enough so I emailed them to remove my card details from the system. They said they needed another card before I could do that. So, I gave them the business card and was assured in three phone calls that my details and card were removed and they wouldn’t hold card details! Sure enough… more chunks of money started going out from the same card they’d deleted! I called, very angrily! I spoke to someone called Adam who told me the only way to remove the card was to pay more money!!! I’ve now had to cancel my card and order a new one, all the faff of setting up direct debits again just so these thieves can’t steal any more! They lie, they cheat and they steal! I have spoken with action fraud today who have told me they’ve been reported many times and ARE being investigated for this exact crime! If you’re setting up a new business honestly, in my opinion, these idiots are not there to help! They are there to scam!

No AI machines or load of rigmarole to get threw which we really appreciate. Great assistance and have no problems working around your times or even if we have to ask them to wait few mins there always pleasant to deal with and understand the what needs to be done. There able to solve problems ASAP when they happen at no extra.
