The employees have constantly, consistently been in touch with me through the whole process making it as easy as possible on me. I've just started using Epos now, but Blayze, Louis, and Oliver have helped a ton. Once ice used it for a year, I'll update my review.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2025This company called me to offer me a “deal” on their transaction fees as I am a customer using the Epos now till system. After agreeing with me percentage “by email” they then decided to go back on the offer because we accept American Express. I was about to move providers and purchase the new desktop till system but then all of a sudden I’m being ignored… what an absolute joke!!!

After filling out permission forms etc. many phone calls and emails arranging a simple hand over from one business to the next, the result was heartbreaking. I open the door tomorrow and still no EPOS operational. Broken promises, incompetent tech help and disappointment. They can send you a contract within minutes. They can debit your account for a business not yet operating but they cannot answer a phone call or reply when promised. I have been reassured that issues are fixed and all is well, only to find, nothing has been fixed or improved and often made worse. What is the worth of a Point of Sale System that is deeply flawed....absolutely nothing. Very sad experience with them for me.
