This company needs to be reported!

United States | 15 May 2021After receiving my letter in the mail from US Home Guard about my home warranty, I called and spoke with a representative by the name of Kayla about my options. After she explained the services and the amount of coverage that I’d be receiving; we decided that the platinum program suited me better. Following the selection, she went even further and helped me receive a first time home buyer’s deductible, which really was a help. Everything about the process was extremely pleasant from the knowledge of the representative to the information of the service that the company provides. Not to mention that the pricing is within reason for the amount of coverage that they have to offer.

The warranty doesn't cover outside of the home like septic tanks but cover so much on the inside it is a government approved warranty. Thank you Veronica for your great customer service. United States | 06 May 2021They were very efficient. If they gave you at least a day to check if it fit your budget I would have given them 5 stars. However the agent I spoke with was able to find a plan that worked for me. I feel great knowing my home’s systems are covered.

United States | 30 April 2021The Customer Service Rep(Craig) that I spoke with on 4/29/2021 @ 3:31pm eastern time was an absolute poor reflection on this organization. I was prepared to discuss with him my reasons for canceling my policy when he decided to verbally attack me because my response lacked the luster he was in search. To make a long story short anyone with the minuscule customer service etiquette that “Craig” displayed on this date should really rethink his/her profession. Craig to answer your question I would NOT buy this policy or anything else from you not even “2021 BMW with or without a warranty “ That you mentioned. The young lady that I spoke with a few days ago mentioned that this company was 30 + years old, but if you continue employing individual like (CRAIG) the future doesn’t look very promising. US Home Guard , thank you for the opportunity to share with you my experience with Craig, whom I pray is not a manager or a leader in any capacity of your organization. All the Best,
