I was mislead when signing up with you all. Your company sent me a letter indicating my service was expiring when I never had service with you. When speaking to Dan he provided higher rates than what I'm paying with my current company. I questioned the rates he gave versus the initial call. He never said there was no records of a previous conversation. He only mentioned the current rates was for a premium package and rates before would have less value on repairs. After receiving an email, I realized this is not the same company I originally signed up with. When calling and speaking to Jordan, he shared you're not the same as the company I mentioned, he would not transfer me so I could leave a message for Dan, and he did not tell me how this company obtained my information prior to me receiving the letter. Somebody had to do some research because the letter has my mortgage company on it. The only thing Jordan would share was the customer service number and to call back Monday. I do not plan and will not do business with a dishonest company. I can imagine the trouble that would come along with service if you are misleading people to get a sale.I am definitely not satisfied with this company. My attempt to cancel was next day after the transaction was submitted. I expect a full refund. Unsatisfied Person

I have cancelled the policy, as my husband & I can not afford it at the present time, and am awaiting the refund to my credit card. I felt the salesman was very pushy, in not allowing me time to consult with my husband. To date, I still have not received the refund, but they certainly made a point to get the money quick enough. I felt they were pressurizing seniors in these covid times

I got a final notice in the mail and never had a 1st notice. The process of paying is ridiculous. And why ask me what problems I am having with the home and say that it can’t be covered to let you guys know after I get the problem fixed but you still take my money.
