Very professional, that’s what matters

I was able to explain exactly the coverage I was looking for and they met my expectations. It’s great to have coverage in place just in case it’s needed. This was the security blanket and gap coverage I was looking for.

I was very disppointed I didn't receive my booket until I call back.and it had things in the book that was not cover over the phone and they lied said that my realtor.was insured with them I have reserved a lawyer if my $150.00 is not mail back or put back where it belongs

I have been happy with my service. My last issue, my air conditioning was a costly fix, but the claim was unable to be paid because HG said it was a faulty install on behalf of the person who installed my airconditioner. Other than that, I have been pleased with my service.

I was hesitant at first but soon realized I should go forth with the home warranty and the young lady who helped me was kind and caring and understanding and helpful. She offered a plan acceptable to my income and offered reassurance that if I had a difficult time with money she would offer a most agreeable plan revision to accommodate my needs I cannot imagine a plan better suited to my life as it is now configured and I am happy with the new home warranty plan!

phone call was answered with only a modest wait time and representative was very courteous and helpful and was able process my request. receipt of policy documents took longer than expected but did arrive ok

The rep was knowledgeable about the product options. She explained the details well and was patient while we made a decision. She was kind and easy to communicate with.

I called Home Guard and spoke with Jordan and he was very courteous and helpful, not pushy. He then asked his Supervisor if I could get a discount and I spoke with Josh. He was very courteous and helpful. They are "Top Notch".

Setting up the home warranty was very easy and affordable! It only took about 20 minutes over the phone.

It is a little more expensive than my last coverage but you get what you paid for. they do offer to cover a whole lot more than my last coverage. after reviewing both coverage it is worth it. The staff is really nice and welcoming too I’m glad I made the change Also I forgot to mention! they do get back to you when you ask them a question or assistance I received an email about something that I needed It’s a great company

The people that I spoke to were very helpful and gave me the best price possible I thank them for there honesty in trying to help me with everything that they could and my house feels a lot safer now thanks from everyone in our household
