After receiving correspondence that needed immediate attention, I called customer support and had the most amazing representative by the name of Karen. She is was kind, considerate, compassionate and extremely professional. Karen took the time to empathize WITH me during this difficult time, I recently loss my mother who was the actual home owner. This wonderful woman guided me through this process. Karen understood my grief and allowed me to express myself. I felt as if I knew Karen before this call, like friends. Karen is the epitome of providing outstanding customer service. Karen searched for the best cost effective savings which helped me tremendously!! Anyone that happens to speak with her will truly be blessed!! Thank you so very much for being the one that answered my call!!
