I dont know where you get your information, but I checked on my insurance company's web site and it shows a policy in effect at the present time. I will be calling you for a refund to my credit card.

I'm immune to warranty scams, whether by email, phone, or snail-mail. Theirs came via USPS, with ominous stuff like "FINAL NOTICE", "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUIRED", "FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU", and a bogus sentence implying there was a previous warranty in place, with no company name. I thought I'd check to see what it would cost. I DID buy an extended car warranty many years ago (from the original dealer), and it was worth it - so I gave them a chance. The lady was courteous, and did answer my questions. I asked for and got a list of everything covered, but had to ask to find out that wiring inside a wall wasn't covered under "electric." (I was pleasantly surprised that ALL plumbing problems were covered, although no mention was made of incidental damage in that case.) She did mention up-front that there is a $100 deductible on every claim. However, a policy that did NOT cover our on-property well was $2340 per year, and WITH that coverage was $2427. Considering that I had a brand-new High-Efficiency heater and Air conditioner installed a few years ago for $2500, I realized that I'd basically be paying for that same thing every year. And since the policy didn't cover roofing, I'd basically be on my own for that. No thanks. I'll save that money in a separate fund and come out ahead. Note to US Home Guard - you would have started off on better ground had you not bullshitted me with your letter's fake claim.

John was very helpful with getting us set up on our warranty for our home. As when we moved in we were never given the details of our policy from the people who sold us the home. it is a very good feeling to know your covered by such a good company. Thank You

Sent us an URGENT letter stating that our home warranty was about to expire, or HAD expired. News flash! We don't have a home warranty! The letter was addressed to a recently diseased ELDERLY relative that lived elsewhere. They never had a home warranty either! The letter was very false and the wording was misleading! This company should be stopped! We are retaining the letter and sending a copy to the Attorney Generals office.
