Unfortunately the tap I wanted wasn’t immediately available. Fia, in customer services, updated me straight away and gave me an option to cancel the order or put the order through for another date. Fia even researched alternative products similar to the one I just ordered, just in case I needed a tap sooner. In the end I had to cancel the order but I was refunded straight away and without fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from Taps UK again and thanks to Fia for excellent customer service.

Be Aware before ordering. Ordered a sink on the 30th of January, when I placed the order it stated it would arrive within a week. It is now 9th of April and I still haven't received it. It has been delayed 3 times already and I still don't have any answers as to when i will get it. I have never been messed about this much from any company.

This small Belfast sink arrived quickly, and was well packed and consequently undamaged. Perfect for our requirements.
