I chose a single bowl sink in light grey as opposed to dark. Delighted by the dimensions, look/colour, quality & very affordable price. The sink was expertly packaged & delivery very quick - we haven't fitted it yet as I hadn't noticed on ordering the absence of tap hole so we'll need to sort that ourselves.

My tap arrived damaged. However a replacement was sent immediately without hassle. This was very reassuring. Taps UK have shown to be a reputable and decent company, who I would recommend to others.

Avoid their products like the plague. We bought a tap & waste in October, installed in November. Now the enamel is flaking off. No warranty because we have cleaned it with more than "warm water & soap". They claim the cleaning product is the issue even though it was a standard household brand, labeled safe for taps & sinks and has been used less than 10 times.

Orderd a product that showed in stock delivery 3-10 working days, 3 weeks later still no product. They did respond to my WISMO but it went to spam. Will be more than a month from order until I will receive it and the product is still live on site as available in 3-10 days.
