I bought an Astini Bollitore² 3in1 Brushed Copper Boiling Hot Water Kitchen Tap & Tank Kit. The tank leaked from the bottom on installation so I was sent a replacement tank which then leaked from the top red ring. I was asked to contact United Utilities to ask for a water pressure reading which I did and I sent over a reading of my water pressure. Taps UK helped me no further from then on and now I'm stuck with two water tanks that don't work and a hot tap that has no hot water. Could my family become ill from this tap now as water is sat in the tank going stagnent what if it enters my fresh water stream? I would not buy anything from this company again as it wasn't cheap and I've basically thrown my money down the drain. **EDIT** Poppy contacted me and issued me a full refund.

My order arrived sooner than expected. The mixer tap was exactly what I wanted and excellent quality. The follow up on my purchase was very good.

Where do I start? First of all they informed me after ordering that it wasn't in stock, then waited 2 weeks for delivery. When delivered it was the wrong width unit to what I ordered. Advertised as 600mm but recieved 500mm unit. They om unwrapping the unit was shocked to see the front all smashed! When emailed them to inform them, they sent me a write up saying that we sign to say we had checked the unit on delivery and was happy that it was in an acceptable condition! This write up was never shown to me at any point, he just asked me to sign for the delivery on his phone. The damage to the unit was clear that it was made during the assembly at the factory and I was shocked that they thought it was acceptable to ship out such highly badly damaged unit to a customer trying to pull the stunt they did with the write up. I know my rights and luckily paid by paypal to get my full refund.

Ok replacement kitchen sink, not the best quality and not to be confused with granite, but fair for the money. Only issue was a very small scratch on the back edge, this must have been done when Taps UK drilled the tap holes. Otherwise Ok

Helped me out with query about adapter needed as had European fittings. All very efficient and good price too. Tap is great as well. Works smoothly and easy to fit.
