My kitchen taps arrived on time , & l love them , they were fitted by a professional , but for the normal home owner there was no paperwork information on fitting , but mine look very nice & seem to be of good quality .

The tap was delivered in quick time packaged well, it looks great. The only problem is we noticed the flow is quite slow to the tap previous. And I'm having the plumber investigate it.

Excellent service and super fast delivery

Ordered a part that arrived by courier in a heavily parcel taped plastic bag. No chance to inspect the contents as courier just left it outside our door. Unfortunately the part didn't fit so I returned for a refund at my cost. Apparently there was a tiny scuff on a part which I hadn't even taken out of the box so they refused a refund. You couldn't even see the scuff on the photo they sent. They then said I'd have to pay the postage if I wanted it back. Will never trade with them again, I've been absolutely stuffed by them.

If there was a way to put less than a star then I would. Bought a fan, customer changed their mind on fan style, sent fan back to get refund, but got a reply saying that I had damaged the fan when I had not even opened the box it came in and some how scratches appear on the front of the fan by some sort of magic. Went to alot of effort to get out paying a refund of less than £50. Hope it was worth it. Avoid.

Despite being told that there was going to be a delay in delivery, everything went smoothly and there was no significant hold up. Communication was excellent: effective and polite.

Very easy from deciding which tap i wanted to receiving it. Was kept upto date where and when i would receive the tap. Turned up on time, exactly what i had wanted, tap is excellent and at least a £100 cheaper than other places i looked for the same tap.

Beware! I was daft enough to attempt purchasing with Taps Uk twice - both times the company took my money without an actual item to sell or clear information! Demonstrably false advertising (items were not showing as pre-orders but as purchases), stating ‘delivery in 3-7 working days’, both at the time of purchase and several days afterwards (when I re-checked)! First purchase I believed their response, that I had ‘just been unlucky, having missed out when some stock became available & must have sold out again quickly’. So I waited for restock as advised (while Taps Uk sat on my £180+…) Eventually, after 6 weeks & several emails, it transpired there were no sinks, with a rolling re-stock now estimated for mid July (I ‘purchased’ 10th March)! I requested a refund. On April 26th I naively made an alternative purchase, still believing I had just been unlucky with the previous item, ha! This time no order confirmation even appeared, though funds were taken of course, so I emailed Taps Uk to ask for an est delivery, given my previous ‘bad luck’ I was starting to be concerned. A repeat performance: my chosen sink was ‘unfortunately out of stock, with an est. del. now 17th June (7weeks), which I suspect may well also roll into July, if at all… FYO the sink is today still showing as available to purchase (and not as a pre-order), with an est. delivery as 3-7 days. As per Uk law, all purchases should be received within 30 days unless clearly stated & agreed otherwise…so my advice would be avoid - or at least email them to confirm stock & delivery PRIOR to any purchase! I hope this long review may help others be fully informed & avoid lengthy delays!

Got email advising receipt of my tap order and again when it was despatched. Tap arrived and was fitted a few days later. Very happy with the product. Would recommend this Company.
