The experience we had from All Seasons Energy was outstanding. All workmen, e.g. Solar panel installers, Plumbers to Electricians o and office staff was excellent and they are a credit it to you. Nothing was too much trouble, explained everything, polite and very tidy workers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them whatsoever. Just a shame they are too far away for me to get them in to do other bits of work.

Extremely happy with the service and work provided by all seasons energy. The guys that carried the work out very professional and very knowledgeable about their work. Always kept updated with works and schedules by the head office and the arrival time for work to be carried out was always punctual. Would recommend their work, Jason and Mark were the plasterers and cavity wall guys would highly recommend them and also Kyle and Mike the electricians were amazing and professional and would also highly recommend them.

I was awarded a grant, for the heat insulation to my 1900s home, Wayne and his sidekick (sorry I didn't get his name), kept me informed every day what they planned to do. My property was treated with care and respect. My furniture was covered sheets All ready I noticed the difference, I wake up in the morning the house is warmer. All the guys that came to my property the Plumber, and Electrians, all treated my property with care and respect. I would highly recommend All Seasons Energy

Avoid this company , currently on week 2 and the work was meant to take 2 weeks and they have nowhere near finished and all they have done is trash my house , broken a curtain pole , removed my blinds from all rooms and left them in a heap on the floor where they have got tangled up chucked clothes out my wardrobe on the bed and then chucked wardrobe on top of the clothes and a ottoman which has broke due to weight of the wardrobe , unplugged my fridge and freezer and kept them off for 6 hours it was only when my son asked if it had been plugged back in they remembered but food was ruined by then so another expense , expecting myself a single mum with heart conditions to empty all 5 rooms of furniture when I was told that the workers only needed a space round the room edges , I have had to stay elsewhere as I can’t get in my room let alone my bed , workers turn in as and when they feel like it and most days have left before 2.30 , I have no radiators and left with 3 electric ( very expensive heaters ) the house is freezing , can’t do any laundry or cooking as they have left every room a health hazard .no respect or regard for anyone but themselves…. made a complaint to ombudsman as the work is a poor state as well , and when you try and get problems rectified all I get is “escalating “ managers say one thing and workers say another . This has caused me stress and anxiety and no sign of it ending

Extremely Disappointing Experience I regret to share that my experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. While I initially tolerated issues like poor plastering and damaged carpets, the ongoing problems with the installation of my air-source heat pump (ASHP) have taken things too far. The lack of proper insulation for my older property has caused my bills to double, and the ASHP itself is not functioning as it should. Despite repeated requests for assistance, it has been an incredibly slow process to get an effective response. It's been like pulling teeth just to have someone come out and address the issues. To make matters worse, the complaints department has been unhelpful and, frankly, rude. Their dismissive attitude has only made an already stressful situation worse. I now have to wait just under a month to get an electrician out to try and sort out and issue with the Coefficient Of Performance (?), basically it sounds like the ashp isn't working efficiently, hence my bills have gone up, and I just get treated with contempt by the complaints department. If you have an older property, I highly recommend doing thorough research before proceeding with any installation. Based on my experience, I would suggest seeking out a different company for your eco-4 installation. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Abingdon, Oxfordshire: They were recommend through Oxfordshire County Council and for our experience, a well chosen company. The team that worked with us from Zoe, then the project coordinator Mark Darwent, the electrician/installation team led by Michael (Mike), with Josh and Taylor, (not forgetting the solar panels team of Lee and Sam) was well coordinated, well led, highly organised and what is currently crucial is the care and respect shown to my 88 year old, disabled and lung cancer ill mother. They wore industrial masks in the house and took care to accommodate us. The process was reasonable, it depended on external factors. The speed and efficiency was quite slick. I just called Mark for any issues and it was taken care of. The work: the team, led by Mike, who drove back and forth from Wales, was synchronised, hard working, no breaks, solved issues, liaised with office and other teams and - GOT THE JOB DONE TO SATISFACTION. Shame not a local company otherwise I'd be calling on them for other jobs. Thank you and I know I missed someone out. I will single out Mike who took maticulous care of his clients: he was the assessor and worked with us, through the process I just asked him and he explained and resolved any extra needs without fuss. We liked his calm demeanour (goes for Josh & Taylor too). Thanks Mike, Josh, Taylor.

If there was an option to give - stars I would but you have to give at least 1 which seems ridiculous. The amount of damage this company has caused me is absolutely shocking! It’s now been 8 months since this company completely destroyed my home and I still haven’t got a settlement from their insurance company. When calculating the amount of damage - and that’s only the main items in which I claimed for - it was over £30,000 to replace items in which the workers damaged beyond repair. That doesn’t include loss of earnings, rent for a home that’s not been liveable, time it’s taken to email/call them, time to repair the terrible work, the distress/stress it causes you and your family and so on. The complaints department, which is one person, is absolutely horrendous to deal with. Shows absolutely no empathy or compassion to the situation that I have found myself in due to the companies terrible workmanship. Every single bed (5 beds in total) in my home, sofas, carpets, hard flooring, blinds and so much more either saturated in plaster or broken due to complete lack of care from the workers. The company shows absolutely no remorse. I’ve not been able to live in my home, run my b&b business or have any family come and stay with me for 8 months now. My last two emails to the complaints department have been ignored. When dealing with their insurance company and loss adjusters I’m expected to pay a percentage of the replacement items?! Absolutely shocking considering prior to All Seasons coming into my home there was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the items that got damaged. The level of stress and time in which I have had to endure and take to try and make my home liveable again has been really devastating. I honestly wouldn’t wish this on anyone. My only advice would be to steer completely clear of this company. Unless you are willing to sleep on a broken bed for 8 months and watch your home be completely ruined. This is a year of my life I wish never to have to re-live but also a year of my life I will never get back. When asking All Seasons for any compensation for utter hell they have put me through, they responded that they didn’t feel the need to compensate at this time. They also didn’t even insulate my home to the plans either, yet I am sure took the money they would have got from the ECO 4 fund. They do not care, they only care about making money. If you have also been affected by this company - I’ve seen a few reviews that look like they got the same installers I got - then do not give up. Keep pushing on and make sure you get covered for the damage they caused you. They want you to give up!! They drag things out so long in the hope that you give up…don’t! Keep pushing forward and make them pay for the damage they have caused you. I would absolutely hate for anyone else to go through what I’ve had to endure these past 8 months.
