Engineers who attended were friendly and helpful, quality of work was good and very neat, quite a quick installation and a brief demonstration once complete. Slight issue with the scaffolding company which delayed installation but only by 2 days. Helpful during quotation stage and after installation with final pack of information in readiness for SEG application. I would recommend All Seasons Energy to others.

At every stage of this experience there has been problems too many to write down scaffolding put up on wrong dide of hse, damage done to property , turning up without advance warning , not turning up with the right equipment but the biggest prob is we paid for extra panels , inverter & battery, we got the extra panels but no battery or replacement inverter as one we have will not cope with the extra panels you were quick to take our money and I was told on a couple o occasions that they would be here gor electrians to connect and the electrician has been up twice since then and no since of the battery or new inverter

Had my solar panels installed last September, I am well pleased with this company and their after care. I have had questions recently about the app and how it works as I did forget my password. It was very reassuring to know that they still had time to help me months after they installed the system. Warning about pigeons though, ask for a cage around the system because if you don’t pigeons will find a new crib under your panels and then sit on the the solars stopping you gaining power. Their poo will also have an impact on how effective your solar energy system works.

Friendly knowledgeable workers, if you weren’t sure about something they would take time to explain it to you. The insulation installers (Tomma & Cammy) took pride in their work and were very aware of the dust and waste they created, this was cleaned up at the end of every day. The plumbers were fast workers and once again explained what they were doing and were very knowledgeable explaining that the heat pump and boilers were constantly evolving, making it difficult to be aware of all of the new methods coming “on stream”. The solar panel installer (Shane) was very knowledgeable about the system he was installing and always able to answer any of our questions. Our electrician Ben was clean and tidy explaining what he was doing and why. We felt that the main problem was having to live in the house whilst all the tradesmen were working around us. They mentioned that they felt the work would have been easier if we hadn’t been under their feet all the time. As yet we still don’t have our MSC number and are unable to get any refund from our power supplier.

It was a very slick installation. No fuss, no mess. Very polite and professional team fitted the Solar / Battery storage system in less than a day. When they left it was all up and running. There was a minor glitch with it but an email resulted in a visit from Steven who set wheels in motion, a long talk on the phone with Alex the geek to do a controlled shutdown and reboot, an overnight, remote, software update and a visit, early the next morning from Sam the electrician to finish things off, and that was a couple of months ago. It's all been fine since.

The boiler installed had got a bare wire showing and earthed out (luckily no harm done) Stole the hot water tank from the aga (not being able to use until sorted a new one) Not bled all the radiators Stole solid wooden doors which had been taken down so we could put new door frames in! And won’t answer to phone calls or reply to emails! July 2021! But just got an email to leave a review

the sales rep was great the fitters were great and upto now the solar is working great used zero grid electricity this month. solar is working over the expected output so really happy

Finally, this company has taken my advice and moved on to Trustpilot, so here is a copy of the review I had originally left on Google at the end of April as the only course open to me. I thought I would leave it a month since our solar panels were installed to experience the full service before leaving a review. I have one reservation, of which more later, but in summary, this company are excellent in all their activities, and I would thoroughly recommend the whole team. Having obtained several quotes, All Seasons was the most reasonable and were responsive to my requirements. We agreed a 14-panel array and two 5kWh batteries would best suit our needs. The work was carried out just a week after the quote was agreed and everything was done exactly when they said it would be done. The installation team ( Sam, Ben and Ellis) worked extremely hard in very inclement weather to complete the installation in one day, always with good humour. However, they had to deal with a number of unexpected issues on the day, resulting in them being unable to really start work for over two hours, meaning they finally finished at 7pm. Thanks guys! These issues would likely have been identified if a proper survey by an experienced person had been carried out before the day, so should be made a standard part of the process. This would have saved a lot of issues for the poor installers (who work directly for the company) to resolve on the fly. Following installation, the system works perfectly and we are obsessed with the app, which is far more informative than our smart meter! The after-sales service from the team has been highly efficient and courteous at all times, whether it be the admin team (Anna Maria, Shumaiyla) chasing up removal of the scaffolding and following up on the required certification, or the technical team (Lewis and others) tweaking the system to support our electrical tariff and ensure the system is working with maximum efficiency. In all, I thoroughly recommend this company, who work hard to make the whole process of this significant investment a very smooth and pleasurable experience.
