United Kingdom | 10 December 2024At first the guy who came to assess our property was great. The company requested all relevant paperwork had it all authorised and they started March 2024. Well from there it went down hill. The two lads doing the insulation were nothing but cowboy builders. Rushed the job as there was another job waiting in their home town to get next. After complaining they came out again and botched the botch up. They piled skirting boards in a stack in my living room and left them as basically they couldn’t be arsed to put them on Again I complained one of them offered to pay my builder a back hand so it could be sorted without all seasons knowing. 4 lots of guys to fix the plaster work. And it’s sorted better than the first time. But still not the best Now onto the central heating guys. The two young plumbing lads very pleasant. Well they have destroyed two carpets by cutting them to get to th floor boards. Removed one carpet and never refit. Left crap under the carpets. The pipe work is all on the outsides out the walls which looks terrible cheap and nasty. They knocked plaster off the new kitchen walls putting the pipe work in ans never fixed it. They have drilled vents in to a kitchen walls and two bathroom walls on bathroom has no form of heating in it and I cannot bath my kids as it’s so cold. The electrian guy faultless was a brilliant guy and so was the solar panel guy. So onto the complaints department. Acted upon nothing after the assessor came out after I emailed all pictures of the poor work to them. Now months down the line they will not issue me with any insurance information or relevant information for the solar panels so I can send onto my electricity company. So they are now basically pointless on my roof. as they require me to reapply for the grant due to change of funding. Which is not my issue. This took 4 months to get my house and every room in my house into a state I could live in it Terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COST. COWBOYS

United Kingdom | 09 October 2024If I could give less then 1 star I would, We asked for external wall insulation but they would only do it internally! 5 days it was supposed to take the 1st week in May 2024 with problems they caused with the work, missed appointments poor workmanship some of it had to be redone it eventually took until 8th of July to 'complete' the original work. With broken promises having the wife in tears and unable to live in the house for a while on top Still there is remedial work to complete I.e. carpets badly cut and and new window handles to be fitted it is now October and it still hasn't been sorted. The problems caused are to many to list So please be aware if you use these people don't believe what they say and be prepared for the long haul.

United Kingdom | 28 September 2024Pleased with the work done. We were kept well informed at every stage. The company was always helpful when we had questions and returned calls promptly. They arranged for the work to be done when the schools had returned which made things much easier. Getting the whole house insulated obviously caused a huge upheaval but the workmen were all respectful.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2024Speedy install. Just weeks from first contact to job complete. I was not eligible for the first scheme I applied for but the team found another way that they could help me. Operatives were professional friendly helpful and skilled. Great communication. I was always able to contact a real person. Trustworthy, reliable. An unexpected problem occurred after the install. An operative came to my home worked out a solution that I was happy with. Someone came round and executed the plan swiftly and again to my satisfaction. All Seasons have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have an excellent end product. My Home is warmer and I have gained confidence to make further improvements. I am a very happy customer. Best regards to Paul; Mark; Mandy; Kevin; David and all the others who helped me to improve my home.

United Kingdom | 23 September 2024For one reason or another this was the fourth company which I applied for funding to my property constructed 1928.One company wanted £18000 towards the cost of the job the others said Denbighshire C/C were not funding these projects.I thought give it one more go a filled in the forms on line for All Seasons.I had done a bit of research and informed All Seasons that Flintshire C/C were dealing with the grants on behalf of Denbighshire C/C.All was going well the guy who was handling the grant was spot on couldn't ask for better service. All was going well surveyor came around checked all he said couldn't see a problem with the funding again all was well. All of the forms and my private details all complete all in order.Surveyer came around we discussed where the heat pump was being sited panels on the roof new radiators discussed insulation in the loft.As we have a room in the loft Bit of a problem but they would get around that. Also discussed wall cladding and agreed all outside walls would be insulted except kitchen and bathroom. As far as everyone was concerned job would start soon. Then we get the dreaded phone call. All was lost except for the internal insulation. We agreed to have this done as something is better than none at least it would make the house a little warmer. Then about a week later received another message asking us for £2000 towards the cost of the inside insulation. So from free government funding to make our house warmer and bring it up to the standard expected by the government we are back to square one.Why from all being ok then within three weeks the whole lot gone. There reason was there isn't enough government funding to cover all the measures they would like to do on our property.Yet three weeks earlier all was great.Still don't understand why all was ok then they ask for £2000 to have the work done. Why All Seasons Energy lost the funding is beyond me yet they still advertise free government funding.

United Kingdom | 06 September 2024What an experience.... From the first day.... The phone calls and the survey team, everyone who came to our house has been respectful polite and easy to talk too. Then on the first day the scaffolders came in and a B/H the lads were polite and careful and never wanted a thing.... they just got on with the job until it finished and we thought then, if your team are all as nice as these 2, then we are going to be ok.... Well they all were. Everyone that has been to our house from your company have been trustworthy, polite well mannered, careful and just a nice group of workers.... you should be proud of these men, they represent your company and have done a fantastic job.... We have a cat, who is very old and deaf, and we were very worried that with so many people on the house, in and out that something would happen and he would get out....or sadly worse.... the whole team cared for Smokey like he was there own.... we need not of worried .... I took him out of the living room to feed him without thinking of telling the lads and it was funny. One of the lads shouted, the cat, the cat, where is the cat.... I had taken him through to the kitchen for tea.... that's how caring they were.... I have already started telling everyone I can think of, about your company and the team of workers you have....

United Kingdom | 15 May 2024Solar panel and battery install Great service from start to Finish, Charlie, was thorough and helped me make an informed decision. He was also very helpful with aftersales support and install. The ladies at the office (Laura, Holly and Anna) were always prompt and polite, and explained processes. Sam and the install team were flexible with particular requirements. Happy with the panels aesthetics and performance (so far). Would defo recommend!

United Kingdom | 14 May 2024The quality of a company and the product they sell you is not just related to the goods you receive and how it performs on installation. A better gauge is often to be found in how they deal with problems that arise and how attentive they are to rectifying them. In that respect All Seasons Energy scores highly; the product is excellent and when a fault was identified with the batteries and the app they were swift to ensure action was taken to diagnose the fault and find a way to rectify the problem. When all that is combined you have an outstanding company that provides exceptional products and is able to back it up with an attentive after sales team.

United Kingdom | 14 May 2024Applied for the government grant for free home insulation and was handed over to all seasons energy to manage this. They then emailed to ask for £5k off me to provide internal insulation. I had had no consultation or discussion to see what I could receive on the grant, what I could afford, and what would be most appropriate. Also this request was done before anyone had even looked at my property. When I flagged this they dispatched a man who thoroughly measured and inspected the house and said someone would be in contact to discuss what insulation would be best, including loft insulation, and see what would be best. Instead I then got a request for an £18k 'contribution'. This is obviously out of my budget and not affordable and again there was no explanation as to what this is for, no breakdown of the cost, and no discussion on what the grant would be covering. After this I had no further communication from them and to be honest I don't think i'd be interested in going forward with them regardless as the impression I got was that they were more interested in getting money off me than providing a good service that suited me. I worry about what happens if it was a vulnerable person and not me who wasn't as cautious with their money and was more trusting. I'm now starting the process again and hoping i'll be able to work with a company that's more interested in providing a suitable and appropriate solution and explains the costings openly and honestly.
