I organised for All Seasons to install an EV charger for my parents and I have to say the process from start to finish was excellent. All Seasons managed to rush the job through in a matter of days so that my parents could take advantage of the EVHS scheme which ended in April. In addition to the EV charger they have also now had solar panels and a battery installed. A finely tuned process from an organised and well respected company.

We had 12 no solar panels fitted in December - install was quick but the scaffold company damaged our gutter which cost us £160 to replace , we notified allseasons and nothing happened( they were quick to ask for payment , pity not so quick in responding and following up on a reported issue)- we now have pigeons nesting under the panels not sure why the mesh was not fitted - this should be standard on all domestic Pv installations and cheap to fit at time of install , disappointing

Shambolic & extremely unprofessional company, avoid them. We've had a 12kW Mitsubishi Electric ASHP installed at our property to heat the water, two zones and upstairs rads, this work was carried out over three stages whilst undergoing building work, annex UFH, house UFH, upstairs radiators. Started June/July 2021 and we're still rectifying the system now. From day one All Seasons have been a nightmare to deal with, they cannot keep staff for very long - we've had four different "account managers" during our so-called installation. Dan "Ecodan" Wilson, Lee Shaw, Lee was then covered by Robin Clarke and finally for a short period Alex Westnidge. For those who are left at the company I suggest undertaking a managerial course. I won't detail everything, whilst I could write a novel. We'll begin with the annex side of our property which had the manifold and underfloor pipes installed by a subcontractor they sourced as they were too busy. One bloke turned up on time, installed everything professionally in less than one day, perfect. However, when it came to installing the system for the house, we had four fitters here, two of which were very rude, and it took them two and a half days. After the ASHP was installed, it wouldn't run. We had seven fitters and an electrician here try and get the thing operational. The next day a senior fitter arrived and changed a valve around as it was installed incorrectly. They left an apprentice on his own to install the upstairs radiators, once pressurised all the pipework fittings leaked resulting in a hole in the wall and taking up of some floorboards upstairs to fix the problems. It then turns out, after sourcing an independent heating engineer, the main pipes were installed back to front - the heating upstairs would only come on if a zone downstairs was on. Once we told All Seasons how to fix their own system, they switched two servos around to rectify the problem without draining the system. There are other issues, but I hope you get the picture. Now the ASHP had been in for 12 months it was time for an annual service, having no trust in All Seasons to carry this out, we went direct to Mitsubishi Electric. To be accepted onto their scheme the system first had to pass an inspection. It was noted regarding some remedial work would be required, namely: 1. System requires inhibitor/antifreeze to meet the minimum protection level of -9 degrees Celcius. (We had previously asked if antifreeze had been added to the system and have email communication stating that it had (by Robin Clarke, Operations Manager at the time). However, Mitsubishi Electric confirmed that there was no antifreeze in the system). 2. Installed pipe work requires lagging. (Although a pile of lagging had been left in the loft). 3. External pipework to the ASHP requires lagging correctly. (Which as it transpires was also hiding a twisted and pinched pipe). 4. System filter requires relocation and correct installation to work correctly. After all of the trouble we have had and to be told that there is antifreeze in the system after double checking to find out that this is not the case is severely disappointing. Mitsubishi Electric have also had to reprogram the settings, in particular the water temperature which was calling for 50°C regardless of the ambient temperature, this has cost us an absolute fortune in electricity over the winter period due to ASHP constantly running hard. I’m sure the lack of antifreeze in the system has contributed. The service we have received from All Seasons has been appalling regarding the ASHP and now Mitsubishi Electric won’t service the unit until these points have been rectified. We have spent over £30,000 with All Seasons Energy, as an approved “installer” you should be ashamed. The highly professional engineer from Mitsubishi Electric called the plumbing an embarrassment to Mitsubishi. I've gone with the date somebody last came out, but this has been ongoing since October 2021. Only now are we now getting on top of the problems. An "accredited installer" for Mitsubishi Electric and Ecodan, they will also be getting a copy of this review. As it currently stands, after emailing their complaints department my email has been ignored, four weeks later and still no reply.

I've been left without heating and hot water for a month now. I got an email the day before someone was meant to come and fix my heat pump to inform me that they aren't qualified enough so I will have to wait for mitsubish to be in touch... Great when I have 2 children under 5 in the house.. no apology and now they are ignoring my emails. I'm taking this as far as I can now. It's disgusting. My mission to make sure this doesn't happen to any more families especially those trying to keep small children warm!!! And you didn't offer any help to provide heat to my home. It costs ALOT of money to keep resetting a pump to get hot water so unless you wish to pay my past months electricity bill that's fine. We were paying £40 PER DAY because we were resetting the system... blame mitsubishi all you like you installed it so you should ensure we have heat end of

This company is bad. Spoke to Kim who booked the appointment. Never called and emailed to say it was cancelled or delayed. If they can’t get this done what hope do I have that the solar would be installed properly. This company is stupid. They use 3rd parties to make bookings and then lie! If I could upload images here I can prove your company is a bunch of idiot liars! Check Google review for evidence they are liars!! I also found Darian to be very rude and unprofessional!! Rubbish Company!! Look on Google to ensure your see the evidence!

Firstly, be careful, are you getting a quote or a "survey", we'll come back to this later. I invited them over to give me a quote for Cavity Wall Insulation. The rep was very polite and did a very thorough job of measuring and photographing my whole house, every door and window, radiator, feature and fitting. I asked a few questions to gauge the company and ensure they were taking in to account the age, aspect, and disrepair of my house, I was told that all of my queries would be covered in the report which I would receive via email. The one thing he did tell me was my property would require Thermabead insulation. I received no "report" only a quote for blow wool type insulation (why did their rep say this house needs Themabead and the quote is for blown wool?). After a few days I received an email asking if I was going ahead with the installation. I replied that I was expecting a report with details of the work to be undertaken, rather than just a single item quote. I had previously got another quote from another installer and there were various concerns about the quality and suitability of our house detailed there in, along with costs to rectify; I expected similar from All Seasons and their rep had lead me to believe this would be the case. My email received no reply. I did receive a paper copy of the quote (with no additional info) in the post, followed by another email asking if I intended to proceed with the work. I have replied to this email, again, stating that I'd like to understand if they intend (or require me to undertake) any remedial work before they proceed to the install. And so this is my dilemma, are they fully prepped to come here, fix all the defects in my blockwork, repair my DPC, sleeve my vents etc. all for one low low price. If so, what a bargain, take my money, it's just a shame they won't reply to my questions and tell me this. If not, and they're going to try to insulate this property as is, they must be absolute cowboys. It'll be raining insulation. In the meantime, I have been sent an invoice, out of the blue for almost £200 from All Seasons for the cost of a "survey". When I receive the full detailed report from this "survey" I shall consider whether I will pay this or not, but I don't expect the report ever to arrive so I don't expect I will pay £200 for a "quote", no thanks.

i had a new ASHP and heating system installed and the guys who installed were great, professional job, carried out carefully and when problems arose got it sorted as it was an involved project, so 5 stars for the installers. i have now asked for further work carrying out and despite emails and conversations i have spent 6 weeks trying to get a quote out of them, i have had no response from the contracts manager, after being promised a quote the following day, that nearly 2 weeks ago, just a shame the office staff cannot back up the installers for service. most disappointed
