An appointment was arranged with this company and despite both a confirmation email and a call from them the day before (to check we would both be at the meeting) the representitive just didn't turn up. I complained by email but got no appology or explaination at all.

The solar panels were installed swiftly and professionally, they did it exactly as we had wanted, after spending a long time with the salesmen beforehand. I would have given 5 stars but for the problem that I had to ask for 2 of the solar panels to be replaced as there was significant discoloration on them, and the scaffolder, although pleasant, gave us reliability / delay problems

The workmanship was done in very good professional way and finish I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Having had solar before I know quite a bit about the systems and how well they perform , my old system didn’t have batteries as this wasn’t available at the time My new system from all season energy outperforms my expectations , the new panels are way more efficient than the older versions , even on a dull day the energy produced is covering my usage without any problems whatsoever I opted for a 14 panel system with 2x 5KW storage batteries, even on a dull day the two batteries are full by midday so we can be off the grid all evening using the batteries all night long. All season energy were professional throughout , answered all of my questions pre install and the representative for the company Charlie was spot on , well mannered informative and nothing was too much trouble. I’m now looking forward to electric bill free life ! If you haven’t got solar on your house ask yourself why??? It’s a bullet proof long term investment which pays for itself over and over again Marc Swingler

Everything was done professionally even though not everything went to plan. They installed a faulty inverter which was replaced within the week. I was kept informed of how things were progressing. Totally satisfied with the job

Work started Jan 3rd 2023 at the companies insistance. We cleared our home as much as possible to help with the smooth running of the works..hard work straight after Christmas! The insulation boards were cut to size in our conservatory as the lad putting the boarding up complained about there being nowhere dry to prepare or store the boards. (So remember this if you are having works undertaken).He worked alone over a number of weeks, which was difficult for him. Then the company hired someone to help him, but without doing background checks ( alledgedly). This helper turned out to have ' problems' and ended up smashing up my neighbours B&B, where they were staying, and was subsequently sacked. But, when coming into people's homes, background checks on the staff , ought to be a priority. They are in a position of trust, and should be worthy of that trust. This is an old house, with non 'square' walls... this was something else that caused a lot of complaining at the boarding stage. Also , the workers would turn up to start work and then go off to suppliers to get things for the job, the nearest supplier to here being approx an hours round trip,( plus time at the suppliers) away. This was almost a daily occurance -Late arrival to do their days work..usually around 11 a.m., then going to the suppliers at around 2 or 3 pm, and then wanting to work late... which was very invasive to home life. The company were advertising for rural properties... but their vans were ill equipped to cope with rural tracks ...something we were constantly 'reminded' about with each team that attended. Which made us feel like we were a nuisance. The boarding was slow to get done, partly as we got covid which lasted 10 days, and then the boarding persons wife wasn't well ..so he had time off too. Some of the finishing off, caulking was missed, plaster slopped down the beams and stone walls, which is nigh on impossible to remove and has been left in a mess, some of it I can decorate over, some of it is just to thick to remove and has been left looking unsightly and will affect the character of the house ( I should mention I am disabled and am struggling to do the re decorating and cleaning up of the beams and stone work where the plaster was dripped ). Next came the scaffolding, and the solar panels, all good. But again, the lad was working on his own with heavy items. Should have been two of them. After this came the electrician, who connected the panels up... again, more complaints about the hard stone walls, and having to drill them ! He ended up breaking a lot of the slates by the solar panels, which resulted in roofer having to come back again, to repair the damage. The roofing team were great and very helpful, and undertook some minor repairs to a couple of small areas which leaked,, ( we supplied slates and concrete for this, company supplied some silicone stuff). Plumbing team was next .. new radiators fitted.. couple of minor mistakes ( hung the wrong one in bedroom and on landing- which were quickly changed over, but left holes in the new boarding)... but they sorted the technical side of things with the solar cylinder , heat pump very efficiently. Good team. Nothing was too much trouble. Office staff were very helpful and good responses to emails..apart from when certain work people were supposed to be here ( electrician) and I wasted a couple of days waiting for him to arrive, only to find they had been sent elsewhere " on an emergency" , but no-one thought to let the client know ! Very annoying. And an 'untruth' according to the electrician !! I have awarded 4 stars, but would have given 3.5 really though. Constant phonecalls to the workteams from the company meant a lot of time was wasted on their mobile phones. 'Van checks' while out on jobs, all a drain on time off the actual working 'day', which was short to begin with. Guess the company would be great working on a modern house in Sheffield or closer to home, but not so efficient on rural stone Welsh properties. Boiler was also left on site, along with the oil tank ( supposed to be removed by the company), and I was left to deal with all packaging from the cylinder and electrical stuff. Site was left in a mess with rubbish from the work vans on our track, costa coffee cups, cigarette butt's, pop bottles etc ( which in a rural area is not good for livestock). Over all we are very happy with the final outcome of all the works done, and finally have a lovely warm house and we are very pleased. The lads that undertook the work are friendly and did a great job , just some of the finishing off could have been better. The companies 'intention' to do a good job is there, but in a practical sense, they found it difficult to cope with the rural realities.

This company did an internal wall insulation for my house recently. I applied for this service and within 3 weeks the work was finished. It was a very quick service and when I asked questions to the surveyor, he answered politely and in detail. The work was done by Mark and Jason who are very trustworthy and friendly. I am very satisfied with this service and I am happy with this company. I will 100% recommend this company.

We chose All Seasons Energy to install an 8 panel array (Canadian 400W panels) with Sunsynk 3.6kW inverter and Sunsynk 5.2kWh battery. We have had a lovely positive experience throughout the whole process from pre sales through installation and after-sales support (having technical people a phone call away is really handy to help adjust system settings on the inverter). We are really pleased with the system and already starting to see the benefits. The only negative was the surprise of additional equipment (additional CU, meter and isolators) however, the installation team did a brilliant job in coming up with a solution so as to minimise the impact to us. The installers were really great people, friendly, professional and hard working to get our system up and running within a day. We are very pleased we chose All Seasons Energy for our solar system and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a quality system, professionally installed.

So please with the whole process. Pre installation service was fantastic. On installation day everything went like clockwork. The installers and electrician are masters at their trade. I highly recommend All seasons energy. Matt Hill was fantastic from the moment I spoke to him. Matt completely explained the whole process and was there for any questions. Matt is the main reason we chose the company.
