All Seasons Energy were my assigned installer via the Warm Homes Sheffield - Home Upgrade Grant (HUG Scheme) There was a slight miscommunication regarding when the work was due to start, however, apart from that minor issue I can't fault the work that was completed at all. I had Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), storage heaters and ventilation works completed and every person I dealt with, both office based and trade, were excellent. The work was all completed within 3 days and has now brought my EPC score from E up to a C. The difference it has made to my quality of life is huge. Extremely grateful to be approval for the HUG scheme and that All Seasons Energy were my assigned installer. Special mention for Tomma who completed the IWI, who went above and beyond to make sure that the original picture rail features were reinstalled once the walls had been re-plastered. Keep up the good work guys!

Everyone I interacted with, were all lovely people who are excellent at their job. Nothing was too much trouble: fixed minor problems late on a Friday afternoon. Excellent service, can’t praise them enough!

Despite inclement weather the installation was completed on time by 2 really professional and pleasant craftsmen. They did a great job.

The office was very helpful keeping me informed on progress, they answered any questions I had. The workers turn up on time to install the panels and did it in less than a day. The well train explained the system to me and helped me set up the app.

Wiring in kitchen not great in ducting we know it couldn’t be helped, the battery & inverter has had to go under stairs rather than in loft as hatch wasn’t big enough Perhaps the salesman should know size of equipment

12 solar panels, an inverter unit, a battery etc. all fitted in under 3 hours by a team of great professionals, a pleasure to deal with throughout. No flannel, just great results.

From the very start the explanations of what was available and suitable for us (even though we’d had solar PV for 11years before). The dates were arranged, scaffolding arrived on time( great chaps) and then two days later the panels arrived( very efficient crew) and then Sam the electrician arrived , connected it all up and explained the App.scaffold came down a couple of days later and then it was up to the office staff to get the paperwork done. All sorted and paid up. An excellent organisation to employ. Thank you

Was supposed to get a solar pump installation via the ECO4 Scheme. All the funding was approved but this company decided to not go ahead because it was "financially unviable" for them. However, it took them nearly a year of messing me about before they decided it was "financially unviable". They even applied for grant funding for my application twice so that they can get the increased grant allocation the second time around. They got this but still refused to go ahead with the job. Did not even communicate with me once that they will not be going ahead with my job. Totally greedy company. ECO4 is not about profiteering, it is about helping poorer households to become more energy efficient, help the environment by making households more carbon neutral and it keeps people in jobs. ECO4 is another Conservative Government Scheme to help their rich "friends" because the installers get to pick and choose the jobs. Total Scam Scheme and this company is morally corrupt. They do not even deserve a star but have to give one to leave a review.

We really happy that we went with All Seasons. From their sales, to pre-install, installation to post support teams, everything was handled professionally, proficiently and centred around us - as the client. The panels and both batteries work really well, with us hitting 4.6kW/h in November - not bad for a 6.5kW/h system. Overall, we’re glad we chose this company over the 6 others we got quotes from. Just shows it pays to shop around l/get quotes from a range of sources. Find the one for you and your house’s needs and you won’t go far wrong.

The installation team was very efficient, helpful and informative. They worked neatly and cleanly. I can't praise them highly enough.

From initial meeting through planning to install the team did what they said they would . The whole process was seem less with fantastic after care updates.

No waiting, installers and scaffolders were efficient, pleasant and gave appropriate information and support. Office staff really pleasant and helpful and kept me informed at each stage of process. Total cost was very competitive. Would recommend to anyone.

The company we're honest about what solar panels I needed it took less than a day to install the staff were helpful and very polite a good company to deal with can't fault 👍
