Always great product and fast shipping. Now I'm going for gold. If you could please put how many of any coins fill a tube. When I buy from bullion dealers I want a full tube not plastic holders. I have to go between several companies to see what fills a tube for each size. But you guys have a great product at great prices

I ordered about $2,600 in silver and placed my products in my cart. I saw silver was dropping so I left the cart as is in the hopes I could save a few dollars. The next morning, silver spot prices went down; however, SD Bullion raised the premiums in my original cart to obviously offset the decrease in silver spot price. So, silver spot goes down ad SD Bullion raises premiums, so wrong and so greedy. I chatted with the SD Bullion rep. and she said they did increase the premium when silver spot decreased. On the particular silver I was going to order, the premiums hovered around 20-25%, which is way too much. I am moving my business to Hero and APMEX now. I realize I am a small buyer and cannot afford $100,000 orders, but it is people like us, that probably account for a large proportion of SD Bullions sales. SD Bullion should not treat their customers like this, I had ordered from them before and they never pulled this sneaky move. I have lost trust in them and will not purchase anything from SD Bullion again. I emailed SD Bullion and asked them to please explain the decrease in spot and increase on premiums, but they never had the courtesy to contact me. Therefore, they get one star.

The price is Good, Shipping fast, fair and discrete! I bought Trump coins and very happy they were available. Some people have a bad case of TDS and just don't understand how business works.

As always the SD's pricing is lower than all other online retailer. Shipping was done almost the next day on the items ordered and they arrived sooner than expected! Package was secure and discretely labeled. All in all a smooth transaction, will be ordering again!

The ordering process was easy but I did have trouble attempting to pay with e-check and had to go the old fashioned way with paper check. Otherwise very pleased with how the item was discretely packaged and delivered. The quality of the item is excellent and was purchased at a good price. I feel comfortable dealing with SD Bullion and will do so in the future.

Avoid this company if you value your time and money. The service here is the worst I've ever experienced from any company. The e-check I used to pay for my order cleared my financial institution on 9/6 but according to this company it won't clear on their end for another week. Then it will be another week before my order ships. So from start to finish this process will take 3 weeks to complete which is unacceptable. My husband also created an order with them & app they use to link to his financial info conveyed the wrong acct # for his order. He's been waiting a week to resolve this & is still unable to get anyone there to help with this. He's been told he has to wait til someone contacts him about this issue. This company is not what it used to be. I will never use them again.

I ordered a 1 of 10,000 , 1/10 oz Gold Commander series Patton coin. The picture makes it look like the coin is attached to a card.. With the number 10,000 on it..My coin came today and I'm very disappointed..It's not on a card, instead in a cheap plastic flap, And nothing is numbered,so you really have no proof it's ONE of TEN THOUSAND.. I've ordered from SD bullion many times, this is the first time I've ever been disappointed..The picture of the coin on their website is very misleading,I hope they fix this..I still like SD bullion,I'll just call next time..
