United States | 04 June 2021This is a place where orders worth whatever money is treated like crap. They do not even consider the fact that the mail vendor does not update the tracking. Hopelessly rude customer service trying to get customers to spend more money by suggesting to use faster shipping if there is any problem with free shipping. Disgusting attitude. Update: this update is for the reply from Sdbullion, irrespective of the way you ship the order, tracking showed that the package was at shipping company from June 2 and was not updated with any delivery information. And fyi, that would be 4 business day counting June 2 thru today. So again, please don’t give reasons about payments getting cleared and shipping delays and other stuff it’s just that, I would like my shipping details and other details clear even though it is a free shipping. If I use your website to place an order, I should be able to see when my order will deliver once it’s been out of the facility. I reached to your customer service just because shipping information was not updating and that doesn’t warrant anyone to suggest that I spend extra money to get faster delivery. It’s wrong!!!! All I wanted to know was where my order was and all sdbullion had to do was to assist me to track my order rather than suggest what i had to do to get my order soon. Even in the below reply your suggesting that I use the two day shipping?? Very sad Indeed. Update 2: I understand what standard shipping means, thank you for explaining unnecessarily… Just don’t suggest me to use another way to ship my order, as compared to what I select. I do appreciate in your recent reply you didn’t stress on using another way to the order, thank you for that. Again, all the confusion was because your representative went around the bush for the simple question of where is my package instead of saying USPS has some delays; your customer service rep told me to contact them after 10 days to initiate a lost package and suggested that I use a two day shipping to get orders faster. I don’t wanna go in circles here, so quick advise is just address the concerns of your customers in a more direct way rather than suggesting them to spend more money. Thank you.

United States | 01 June 2021This business has terrible customer service and over charges you debit card for amounts more than you approved. Then refused to adjust, remove or address the problem. I will never use or deal with this company again. They refused to allow you speak to supervisor. They use your debit card at will once you give it to them. They over charge and then tell you there is nothing you can do about it. The boldness of their behavior and responses is outrageous. I am debating filing a criminal complaint for Fraud and Extortion for their actions. Be ready for their threats if you push the issue. They will threaten to cancel your account if you fight the issue. BUYER BEWARE... Once they have your car info, good luck.
