The process of selecting and purchasing was easy. The only recommendation I'd make is with respect to the check out process. I'd include the threshold for free shipping in that process. I was $1.15 shy of qualifying for free shipping. It was my first time and I forgot what the level was. I would definitely have added another coin to the order if I would have known.

Well packaged & efficient departure after usual payment clearance requirements for an international PM order. Sent as a 'Formal Import ' though which adds hassles getting shipment through Customs process. Other vendors must send 'Informal Imports' as these hassles don't occur. Not sure how this occurs.
