On January 5, 2021 I placed an order for one tube of American Silver Eagles. I had made four prior purchases in 2017 so I was an established customer. I always pay with a USPS money order to receive the best price and SD Bullion does not have to wait for my personal check to clear. On February 16, 2021 I sent a Confidential Letter by Certified Mail to Mr. Tyler Wall, CEO of SD Bullion. I printed out the confirmation to prove that my letter had been received. On March 8, 2021 I sent an email to the SD email address documenting my original #, amount and said that 62 days had elapsed and I had not received my order. Sometime in January I received a phone call requesting when I was going to pay for my order. I am a retired Medicaid Auditor and know a little bit about what a felony is and the court system. While I was searching for an attorney to send a demand letter to SD Bullion for "Willful Intent to Defraud" my original order finally arrived on April 6, 2021. No excuse nor any apology was ever given. Mr. Tyler Wall failed to respond to my letter and SD Bullion kept on advertising to keep the money flowing into their bank account. Folks, this is Willful Intent To Defraud, nothing less and nothing more. I shall not ever purchase another Silver Eagle from SD Bullion again. If you choose to purchase from SD Bullion you do so at your own peril. BUYER BE WARE!!!

On June 14th I ordered and paid for 10 2021 1 oz silver Libertads, I also ordered and paid for 2 2021 2 oz silver Libertads. After SD bullion confirmed my order and took my payment they are now telling me they cannot fulfill my order. This to me is totally unacceptable. It seems to be that they don’t care about their customers or their customer service. I am not interested in a different product or something of similar value. This is just plain bad business and they don’t even feel the need to explain how something like this can happen. I have purchased precious metals from many other sites and I have never experienced such unprofessional business tactics and subpar customer service

All the Gold I received was tested and 100% legitimate. Tested by 3 different gold dealers in Las Vegas . I couldn’t be happier with my investment and I’m glad I cashed out my 401k when I did. I highly recommend SD Bullion to anyone !

Their shipping options are limited. What the consider "special delivery" is regular USPS service in your mailbox on a street. Anybody could snatch it. They say it is insured though...
