They sent my gold coin to the wrong address, I was talking to a rep on this order and they sent it to a wrong address? I've been treated with disrespect for the last few months with these issues. I don't buy much but they are about to lose 2k + from my sales To reply: Yeah luckily I only sent in for 1 order @200 plus i never received because if you stole all 3 order @600+

I always try to buy American and if I can buy from a brother or sister in Christ it’s even better! I received my silver well packaged and exactly what I ordered at the best price. I learned about you from YouTube’s Silver Dragon. So anyway I’m planning to by more silver very soon.

I ordered on Monday at 10am and by Thursday 1pm I had my purchase in hand. One of the bars was an ampex 10oz silver bar that I promptly had tested as I have had issues with ampex in the past. However, this was a quality bar. I have recommended SD Bullion to my family and will be using them from now on. Thank you for being precises, competent and timely.

United States | 15 August 2024Hey Everyone, Day 3 and SD Bullion has said “Crickets”, just to show you how little we mean as customers, pay them and shut up must be SD B business philosophy. My disappointment grows each day. As a 2+ yr customer and a fair customer at that, I am sad for them. Somewhere in their Ivory Tower I am sure the management must be sipping Green Tea and laughing all the way to the bank at our expense. “Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me”, not happening. I keep writing these reviews so someone may keep from being caught in a “Steel Hallway”, a place where, no matter how hard you try to work something out it does’t happen. Best advice, work with several different companies, as it turns out, SD does’t have the best deals. Do you home work and buy what is best for your life and for your Peace Of Mind.

United States | 05 August 2024ESSENTIALLY SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT WITH US AND COVER THE LOSS OF A $27,000 PLUS SHIPMENT OF GOLD AND SILVER. What's the point of getting "lowest prices" if the seller isn't going to honor their agreement with the customer? They tell you the package is insured, and that they will refund or reship your purchase if it's lost or stolen. But that's not what they told us when the more than $27,000 of gold and silver we ordered from them never arrived. The package was shipped to us via FedEx, using a company name that wasn't "SD Bullion," but which could be identified as SD Bullion if someone bothered to do a Google search. The FedEx driver claimed that it was delivered, and that he had a signature for it. The name he claimed he delivered it to was not the name of anybody at the residence where it was supposed to be delivered. The address he delivered it to was supposedly our address. This was totally false. The addressee was waiting for the package all day. The FedEx truck never came. And the address was absolutely crystal clear, even including special instructions for exactly where at the building the package was supposed to be delivered. We had made it impossible to misread the delivery address. None of this was SD's fault, but the way they handled it was. We reported the package missing both to FedEx and SD Bullion. The FedEx driver phoned and told us, "I mis-delivered your package to another location." SD initially assured us that everything was fully insured, and our gold and silver would either be reshipped, or we would receive a full refund. They told us to get a police report, so we went to the local county sheriff, who is the ONLY police authority in the rural area in question. They said, "This is a civil matter between you and the shipper," and FLAT-OUT REFUSED TO FILE A REPORT. So we went back to SD Bullion, and basically said to them that we could provide them with proof that we had reported the loss to the Sheriff's office, but that it was obviously beyond our ability to force them to issue a police report. They responded with, "There are no other ways around the police report." In other words: IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT WE COULD PROVIDE PROOF WE HAD REPORTED THE LOSS TO THE SHERIFF, IF WE COULDN'T SOMEHOW MAKE THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE ISSUE A POLICE REPORT, THEY WERE GOING TO REFUSE TO REIMBURSE OR RESHIP, AND WE WERE GOING TO LOSE OUR ENTIRE MORE THAN $27,000 IN CASH. Fortunately, in the end, we managed to get the Sheriff's Office to pay attention and intervene on our behalf, and through their investigation, they located the package and restored it to us. However, I find it both utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable that SD Bullion was prepared to refuse to honor their obligation to us. IT WAS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO RELIABLY GET THE GOLD AND SILVER TO US, AND TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WEREN'T RISKING TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN BUYING FROM THEM. They state on their website: "If anything should happen to your order during shipping, OUR INSURANCE WILL COVER THE PACKAGE (see below for restrictions which are put in place by our insurer)... If your package is lost or damaged, it will be the responsibility of SD Bullion to file a claim with our insurance company. Once the claim is filed, you agree to fully cooperate with any requirement which may be required as part of the investigation. Any disputes regarding damaged, missing items, or non-delivery must be reported to SD Bullion within 3 business days of delivery date. Failure to fully cooperate will jeopardize the ability for us to replace or refund your lost or damaged package. Upon claim approval, we will replace or refund your purchase at our sole discretion." WE FULLY COOPERATED IN EVERY WAY WITH SD BULLION. THEY ADDED AN UNWRITTEN REQUIREMENT THAT WE HAD TO PRODUCE A POLICE REPORT — WHICH WAS COMPLETELY BEYOND OUR ABILITY TO FORCE THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TO DO — OR THEY WERE GOING TO LET US SIMPLY LOSE OUR $27,000+. After the package was recovered, I emailed them letting them know that the Sheriff's Office had recovered it. After we had BARELY been able to get them involved. When I complained to SD and expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with the way we had been treated, they didn't even bother to respond. UTTERLY HORRIBLE. My advice, based on personal experience, is: DO NOT, DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

To you petty trolls who must bring politics and/or faux sanctimony into every disassociated forum, I invite you to suck on my big 5-star review for an outstanding company run by the most competent people in the industry.
