Bought 2 gold angel wing pendants. One came with COA and one did not. I should have known something was up, but I trusted this company. Found out when I went to trade someone, they tested both and 1 was gold and one was not. I lost out! Lost my trust forever.

I found out about this online bullion dealer through a YouTube channel called "Silver Dragon." Silver Dragon provides solid information about silver and gold and junk silver information. Although always he always remands off camera, probably due to his large collection of gold and silver and for security reasons. Odd though. I visited SD Bullion's website with a possible purchase UNTIL I saw they sell slabbed proof Silver and Golde Eagles coins of DONAD TRUMP. Seriously? You place politics on your bullion website?? Not a fan. Never a customer now. You say in your response below that you take no political sides. Then why is there no silver slab of President Biden? Fake news. Your obvious MAGA support just cost you half of your customers.

I live in a small town no where near a legit coin store. Unless I choose to travel over 3 hours. I feel I got a fair deal with my exchange. Will do again if the need is there. Thank you SD Bullion.

My 1oz gold coin was lost in the mail. I recommend having 1-3 different recovery options as not 1 option will fit all. This is def on the postal service as they had lost 2 of my packages in a 3 week span. Although I forwarded the message from the post office to SD, nothing we could do. Every YouTuber and coin collector I love and respect uses SD bullion. Thanks to Yankee stacking I’m back. I’m excited to see what products they have in the future.

Update: After this posting, SD contacted me to resolve the issue accepting my explanation. I appreciate the accommodation but hoped the first rep could have this on my first call. This was the third order I placed with them via check. No problems on the first two orders. I ordered about 4/19/24 and sent a check 4/22/24. Today I received a bill for $50+ dollars for a "cancelled order." I did not cancel and I phoned the company who said they did not receive my payment. They said they sent follow up emails and left voicemails. Not true. None of my logs show emails either in inbox or junk. No voicemails were received, also on a log. They said the burden is on me to track my order. I am now being penalized for being patient. They would not restore the order or waive the fee. No chance they will get a payment from me. I will find a more customer friendly business. I have made $1000s in past purchases. Be wary with SD Bullion.

Every purchase from SD Bullion has been easy and received my order. They won't ship your order till your payment has cleared and they have the money to hand. This does take time for the banks to clear payment and then they ship. You can upgrade your shipping as I do and receive it faster but if you choose free shipping it takes much longer. This is the only firm I will deal with after others are more expensive and slower.
