Terrible ,,, placed an order and half the items didn’t arrive .. no explanation given until I phoned up .. It then took me 3 weeks and 5 phone calls to get a refund on the items that never arrived

As always an amazing choice of clothes. Lovely attentive staff but not pushy. I have shopped in accent for over 20-years when it was on the opposite side of the arcade. I now live in France but one of the first stops I make when I go back to the UK is to shop in Accent.

I have been a customer of Accent for a number of years. This was the frist time I had used the online shopping service. Amazing super quick delivery next day. Beautifully packaged. Jeans are always hard to buy remotely. Four pairs ordered. Two fitted beautifully. Two returned via InPost. Email to confirm return and credit, again super quick. Support via email questions also excellent.

Great customer service and good selection of clothes etc. Went in looking for some new jeans and a gift for my mate. A guy called Will went the extra mile in helping me get the perfect pair and making me feel really valued. Would definitely shop there again.

Never shop with this company. I purchased a pair of boots (costing £135) for a Christmas present which they usually wear a size 41. When opened over Christmas the period, the boots were far too big. I asked for an exchange for a smaller size but they said they no longer have them in stock and I can only get a credit note to buy something else they have. As they could not provide an exchange I would of thought it would be the honorable thing to do and issue a refund in this case but no, they will only issue a credit note. £135 completely wasted as I do not want to purchase anything else from their sight as these boots are what I wanted and nothing else. Very disappointing seeing as other companies do value their customers and do provide a refund in such cases like these.

Bought a jacket in store was told i could bring back for cash refund when bought by someone in store, jacket was too small for daughter now refuse to refund only offer exchange or credit note. Won’t shop here again and wouldn’t advise anyone else too.

Just receive my Grenson Boots and they must be amongst the best manufactured footwear in the world. Due to Covid-19, Accent are offering 30% discount. Grenson’s are never discounted so it’s time to snap up a bargain if they have your size left!!

So impressed with the levels of customer service this company has provided me. I ordered some Grenson boots and unfortunately within 2 times of wearing them there was a fault. When I made accent clothing aware they were quick with their response and showed empathy in my experience and offered me solutions to resolve the issue. Given the global pandemic we are all experiencing I have never been more impressed by a company and especially in these unprecedented times, Jack couldn’t be more attentive contacting me with constant updates.
