Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! Ordered my little boy a top from here and received it the next day. It was too small so I sent it back and received the bigger size again the next day. I spoke to 2 lovely lads on the phone, who were very helpful and went above and beyond and kept me informed with the returns process. Best customer service experience I’ve had, thank you so much for that. And the £22 off the top in the sale was a bonus too, thank you again! I will definitely be buying from here again and will be recommending to friends and family x

First of all this place has some great deals on some of their stuff! Order placed nice and easy and got an email half hour later saying the item has been dispatched...fantastic! Item delivered next day, great doing business with them and will be back seeing how great they have been!!

They managed to send me the wrong color on the cardigan I bought. Not recommended

I can't comment on the service in store however I am disappointed with Accent's online service. I order 3 (light items) which turned out to be unsuitable, it cost just under £10 to return! and the item that I did keep (barbour umbrella) was unbelievably damaged. Opened first time spokes were bent and fabric coming away. Explained my disappointment to the store manager in which I was informed no further umbrellas due in and offered 10% off next order as way of an apology. It's safe to say I won't be ordering from them again.

After ordering online decided to collect as I need them the following day. Having bought from the shop many times I knew the clothes would be great and fit and they did!

Ordered a dress from this website and, had I ordered a little earlier in the day, I would have received it the next day. As it was, I received it the following day, which was great - and free delivery too! Dress is gorgeous. I love the Accent store anyway, and now I would also be very happy to order online again in the future.

Best quality designer shop in Yorkshire

After a rather frustrating start with an online problem called office placed order which was taken swiftly, processed and an apologie given re online problem therefore a good service provided. I also used online chat which although I still had to call in person I found to be quick and reassuring that there was a problem and it wasn't just me.

I want to order a sale item. I asked in the store last week but they said I can only order sale items online so I came home to find that the only option was for next day delivery. That means I can't order it now until next Wednesday when I will be at home for the delivery on Thursday, by which time the item will probably be sold anyway. I suppose I should just leave it. Need more delivery options to suit busy lives.

Ordered a Belstaff Jacket from Accent Clothing. It was 50% of the RRP. It arrived the following day, via a free delivery service. I'm really delighted with the jacket and the service I received. Would recommend.

Bought some jocelin ugg boots from accent clothing and first of all they actually stock the product which not a lot of places do wahoooo but secondly it was free next day delivery, talk about bonus!!! I ordered them about 3pm on the Tuesday and by 12 noon on the Wednesday they were in my possession. Absolutely fantastic, I'd definitely order from them again :)

I ordered a replay shirt for the weekend and received it the following day in a well packaged box, I didn't even need to iron it! Straight on and straight out! Looked great and fitted well!
