Every thing went very smoothly until I came the next day to pick it up and it wasn't there. They had put down the wrong number when they ordered it. But truly again everything went great. They delivered the next day free of charge. WONDERFUL. If I ever need more furniture I will go back.

Service was great, and so was deliverey. Bed set-up was amazing. The only thing that isn't great... I'm paying for a pad that was out of stock. It seems to me that you would have had the same amount of pads-mattress covers as mattresses you sale in stock😲😐😥 it saddens me to pay for this item and warranty, that I don't have

I liked everyone in the store they were very helpful. I don't think getting my bed delivered at 10:20pm is acceptable. I have a 2 year old and I have to work in the morning. They should not be delivering things after 7pm. Also the two gentlemen that delivered my bed were very friendly and polite!

Pleased with service. Would have been better if person helping me would have finished helping me after we started talking $$. I know it might be out of control but I have to wait 2 months before receiving my complete set.

I hate grdner white my total experience with customer service and delivery has been awful. The only good interaction I had was with the salesman. I’m still in the process of returning there good.

The delivery men broke our hanging light below our stairs, didn't bring the side railings for our bed so we have to wait until tomorrow to actually use our bed and take more time off work to be here for it to be assembled and then they hastily left before we could inspect the furniture to notice one of the side tables was broken in multiple places.
