I've been ordering from Puritan's Pride for a few years now and noticed a lot of improvements with shipping and order tracking. Their product have always been great and there are always deals to be had so their prices are good as well. They participate in a lot of credit cards' "additional cash back" offers too.

I would still order as much during the year if Puritan's Pride offered an all year long lowest price on a single item. I buy the 2 and get 3 free or the buy1 and get 2 free to get a better price, but don't like all those bottles taking up a lot of shelf space for a long period of time. I would like to buy the items as I need them. I still give PP a 5 star rating because of the high quality and low price.

Sometimes vitamin capses are received melted together. Hard to get apart without them coming open. Some wasted.

It is perfect for one person. I have it on my night stand and at night I breath the essential oil. I am very pleased.

I am glad they have an independent review team now, since in the past, any negative reviews were not published, I noticed. To be fair, all reviews should be published, IMHO. I have very few complaints about them, I continue to buy most of my supplements here because it's a name I can trust and the products are good quality and a good value. I definitely recommend them for almost all your supplement needs.

I have ordered vitamins or supplements very easily on line at bargain prices several times. They have arrived quickly. I did learn to be careful about how many bottles I get. One tends to forget that maybe you don't need 5 bottles at once if it's a 2 years supply (even at a bargain price). Since they seem to do their job they must be high quality.

I never have a problem with ordering from Puritan's Pride. I order by phone and the customer reps are always friendly, courteous and helpful. My order arrives quickly. I don't find the website all that user friendly but that probably has more to do with me than with Puritan's Pride.

I have been using Puritan's Pride for more than 3yrs now. I was a very loyal customer to Vitamin World. However, Puritan does a marvelous job and put performs everyone! I have never had an issue and would recommend them to anyone!

I have been waiting for months for the Green Vitamins which have been out of stock. They finally appeared on an order form and I purchased five bottles. A week later i was advised that they are out of stock and they will be provided when they arrive or I can be refunded. These are every day vitamins. Why be out of stock for MONTHS of Vitamins? They are a Vitamin wholesaler.

Had an issue where I had to return something, it got lost in the mail and they still gave me credit for it! Great service!! Always reachable, timely deliveries and prompt responses to issues.

This is an open letter to Puritan's Pride. I have used Puritan's Pride many years and APPRECIATE the fact your manufacturing plant is in the USA. As you may have noticed, I have tapered off my purchases. The buy 1, get 2 free, or buy 2 and get 5 is an ever changing gimmick with each catalog. I keep the catalogs and am amused at the per bottle average pricing that changes up or down according to the deals. I like to buy fresh products and having to buy 5 at a time is excessive. I am finding other USA companies that have standard pricing PER BOTTLE and no sale gimmick to intimidate my intelligence. I am getting prices from them comparable to having to buy 3 or 5 bottles from you. I'm sure this marketing method is working for you or else you wouldn't be trying to trick people. I'll still purchase several of your products in the future since I like them a lot. Sorry to be negative but you did ask for my honest opinion. Thank you.
