Have been with this company for 20 plus years. They always have good products and excellent delivery. Have had only 1-2 problems that were solved with one phone call to customer service. I will be continuing to use them in the future.

I have never had a bad purchase in 10 years. Their information and labeling of ingredients is exceptional, they don't hype or make false claims. Once, I needed an order before the big sale was on, and after they shipped the items they gave me the new sale price! They are the best!

If you ever need customer service prepare to take the day to do so. Maybe the next one , too. THey never responded to the 3 emails I had sent so I had to break down and call them. UUggh! Switched from one rep to another with holds in between. Finally got a phone message from a Sherry so I called back and no one seemed to have a clue. Never did talk with Sherry. The new rep had no notes or knowledge of my hours spent the day before on the phone. Pain in my ass!

Almost without exception, if you can't find the vitamin or herbal supplement your looking for at Puritan, it's probably not commercially available! Prices--especially during their "buy one-get two free" sales--are extremely low, shipping is reasonable (or free, depending upon the offers available), turn-around time is fast, and customer service is friendly and helpful. I keep going back for my refills, and I think you will, too.
