I can't understand why my order from 2/2/16 number ES:ES0000231130 is still not delivered. Moreover, they don't answer my email's. I only receive every time an automatic answer saying they will answer in 48 hours.... but, never answer. Today I have placed another order, as a last opportunity to continue as a customer with them as the products are good enough and the price is also good. If the experience is negative again I will stop buying Puritan's Pride products.

I would recommend this company with no reservations. As a new customer, I misunderstood the shipping method and expected arrival time. I have two residences in different states because I'm a caretaker for disabled relatives. Because I go back and forth several times a month, I need to know when my order will arrive so it's not sitting outside with me out of town. The people at Puritan's Pride were kind enough to explain everything to me so I'll know next time which shipping method to choose!
