Il tempo di chiedere il numero di tracking perché quello che avevo non era corretto, il tempo che rispondessero perché avevano "troppe mail da evadere", il tempo di contattare le Poste come loro mi avevano consigliato di fare... e la merce è stata distrutta in dogana. I mesi successivi fino ad oggi sono serviti a ricostruire quanto sopra (tra mille rimpalli di email e telefonate, tra Dogana e Poste). La mia mail a Puritan's di maggio scorso in cui spiegavo l'accaduto e chiedevo rimborso è rimasta senza risposta. Assistenza vergognosa, ore perse e l'intera somma pagata svanita. Evitate Puritan's

United States | 23 April 2019I have been a loyal customer of Puritan's Pride for about 20 years, NO MORE! On the morning of 4/16/19 I purchased $207.54 worth of vitamins from them on line. Later that afternoon I started receiving overdraft notices from my bank in my email. I pulled up my bank account and they charged me 25 times $207.54 for a total of $5,188.50! I called their so called "customer service" located somewhere in the middle east by their accents. And to make a long story short, I've spent well over 5 frustrating hours on the phone over the past 7 days and still don't have my money back. Their customer service personnel give you nothing but false promises, fake apologizes and massive hold times while accomplishing NOTHING. And forget about ever talking to the same person twice or a supervisor or anybody in the corporate office in NY. That won't happen. They STOLE over $5,000 of my money that I need for day to day expenses and could care less about it. Not only am I DONE with Puritan's Pride but I'm telling everybody and will continue to write reviews everywhere I can, over and over. They should call themselves Puritans Disgrace or Puritans Thieves. Joe C.

This is a good product for great value.

Germany | 07 February 2019Hi, I bought a package about their URL and it never arrived, cause the address was changed by them. Then i phoned them for this, got money back, and had to order again. I did and gave the right address again. In order confirmation i got was a wrong address again, i phoned again, it was changed in other wrong name, i phoned again, at phone they always said right name and postcode and now its on the way again with wrong postcode and wrong name. Just wasting time for me to buy there ever again, ... i wonder how stupid some humans typing orders in their system could be.

Their brand products are of high quality and their customer service is just about as good as it can get. It is always nice to talk or online chat with a representative when you need to ask a question or file a complaint. Their refund policy is also the best in industry. I recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products and services in health supplements.

Purtroppo, dall'anno scorso (2017) la Dogana italiana ha cominciato a fare storie bloccando la merce in arrivo per poi rispedirla al mittente. Un funzionario della Dogana mi ha detto che possono entrare in Italia solo le dosi di integratori utilizzabili da una persona nell'arco di un mese. Ovviamente, questa assurda regola ha reso assolutamente sconveniente fare ulteriori acquisti, visto le notevoli spese di spedizione. Ho apprezzato la correttezza di Puritan's pride che, dopo una mia apposita mail, mi ha velocemente rimborsato la somma (nell'arco di 4/5 giorni) da me spesa. Che peccato però. Dobbiamo ancora una volta subire le solite assurdità italiane penalizzanti per noi cittadini...

United States | 05 September 2018I order Organic Neem oil on 8/21/18, my order arrived 8-10 days and instead of my neem oil i received a box of pistachios. I called customer service and they said i can keep the pistachios and will re send my order! Its 9/5/18 and still not got my order. I called customer service again and said i should give it 5 more days. By the way i threw the Pistachios away because the were not fresh and taste funny.

People continue to fall for it and I shake my head. Over the years, so many items have been discontinued that I no longer can rely on them as my go to source. Vitacost is a better company to buy supplements from and their pricing is just plain fair. No smoke and mirrors.

Italy | 22 March 2018compro da quest'azienda dal 2011 purtroppo l'ultimo acquisto mi è stato bloccato dalla dogana sanitaria, adducendo il fatto che ho acquistato più di quello concesso (quello concesso è PER USO PERSONALE E UNA QUANTITA' NON SUPERIORE AL NECESSARIO PER UN MESE9 PER CUI è ALLA LUCE DI QUELLO CONCESSO NON CONVENIENTE PERCHE ' LE SPESE DI SPEDIZIONI SUPERANO DEL 300% IL VALORE DELLA MERCE !) , e non mi hanno consegnato la merce ed ho perso ben 197 dollari comprese le spese di spedizioni, ovvio che era più di quello ammesso cosa di cui non ero a conoscenza, ma sta il fatto che per spalmare le spese di spedizioni acquistavo qualche cosa in più approfittando del loro sistema compri uno ti regalano due e compri due ti regalano tre e via così, mi trovavo bene ma siccome viviamo in uno stato di polizia tipo dittatura le cose belle devono finire !!!

United States | 03 February 2018Several years ago we discontinued buying Puritans Pride because of their lip service rather than customer service. That incident had to do with product never received...and not the first time. Fast forward, to January 28th 2018 when I placed an order. My order was delivered by UPS somewhere, but not in my city. Dealing with them is like, "We'll replace your order in 5 business days" Unacceptable as I have already gone 2 days without 2 of the supplements. Cancel my order and refund my money. "That will be done in 4 business days." But you took my money in a matter of seconds. Not the first time. They have chronic customer service issues, but they "are very sorry for any inconvenience you may have had." But they don't admit errors or try to make things acceptably right.

Asked for another supervisor and he said oh, 3-4 weeks to Hawaii. Requested credit. Sure, but no aloha. I need to make trip to po to return, if I ever receive it. Have told my friends to not order from this company. Very poor customer service.
