The usual apple cider vinegar typically has a strong odour but I wish Puritan's Pride could tone down their tablets a little. The big tablets dissolve quickly in your tongue too so if you don't like ACV's taste you will cringe at taking them daily. I also didn't see that much of a difference to my skin or my weight so I won't be trying this again in the future.

The multivitamin 1 a day is totally not good 67% C etc as well as horrible customer service, the shipping is so slow 2 weeks! Overall not good, look something else! I must add, as after I told them my dissatisfaction, they'll refund my payment, reason for my dissatisfaction was inadequate amount of C vitamin, 67% as it should be obviously 100%, daily need. So all and all I was fairly covered and fine, will be looking helpful D3 vitamin because it may helping these covid 19. I wish all and everyone following healthy guide lines and be safe.

They offer some decent deals sometimes on a good selection of decent quality products. What gets me though, is I'm a savvy shopper that uses web browser cash back plug ins and over multiple orders with them, they always find a way to not pay the cash back. Once was a full $100 off $100 or more coupon I "won" and once they wouldn't honor it I had to return the order. Also, more recently, on an 18% cash back order... Regardless, every time they try to say I'm using an ad blocker but I always have it completely disabled and it's *ONLY* Puritan, out of all the cash back offers I use, who finds a way EVERY time to weasel out of what they offered to motivate me to buy from them. This is extremely deceitful and is sad as I would like to support an old school America company like this. They may try to comment to say nicely that "you can't use ad blockers", but again, every time I make sure to jump through all the right hoops, they still never pay and when I contest it I always get the lame "ad blocker" excuse when *no other companies* do this to me! Very disappointing!

Received a shipment of Vitamin D3. When I took the bottles out of the box I noticed that the capsules were massed in one great lump in every bottle. I opened one and there were only 2 loose capsules. On trying to separate them the capsules tore leaving a sticky liquid behind. I called C/S and the said they would replace them at no charge and to throw away the bad ones. Today I received the replacements, 2 weeks later.

The following is my husband's review: Ok, I've tried several times to get this rectified.  I really need to speak to someone that can actually help the situation, but I suspect that will never happen.  The CS reps don't have a clue and they are very frustrating to deal with.  I can not log into my account, nor can I get a password reset email from PP.  I know the password is correct.  I know the email account is correct.   My wife called customer service and spoke to a guy that could barely speak English.  He said the email account didn't exist in PP's system and told her it was under another email account.  I checked the other email account and as I suspected no purchase history and no perk points.  This is not the account.  I pull up the latest perk points email sent to the email that the CS rep said didn't exist and my wife calls CS again. This time she gets a woman that could not understand our dilemma.  So my wife asks, can you look up my perk Id #?  She says yes and does and voila, there is the account that doesn't exist.  Then she tells my wife to log in.  My wife says that's the problem, I can't log in.  She says reset your password, we tried, PP doesn't send the email.  CS rep tries to send the email.  Still no email on my end. Then the CS rep says that she has received several calls about PP customers not being able to log into their accounts and also can't get password reset emails.  She said she would send it up the chain and I would get a call.  No call and still can't order.  I have perk points that I would like to use.  I have a discount that I would like to use. What's the point of having them if I can't use them? When will I be able to log into my account?  Seriously, how long is it going to take to solve this problem?  Why can't they text me the password reset link? So many questions, no answers. I have been ordering from PP for years and have been satisfied, but CS has gone downhill.  I recently noticed that I got shorted in my last order.  I ordered Biotin 100 softgels, buy 2 get 3 free.  As I was pulling a fresh bottle out of the pantry, I noticed it was 50 softgels, instead of 100.  I checked the other bottles and they were all 100 softgels.  Sneaky!  I really need to check my past orders for discrepancies, but I can't log into my account, so therefore I cannot check order history. Obviously, something  has changed in the management of Puritan's Pride and it isn't for the good. Extremely dissatisfied!

I ordered Glucosamine Sulfate 1000mg 240 capsules with an option ‘3 for $27.99’(Order # 618053845). However I received a package with 2 bottles. What kind of scam is this business?

I was a regular customer of Puritan pride up till last week. I will never order from them again. I brought 40 dollars worth of vitamins from them and usaully shipping and handling were free but this time they charged me over 17 dollars worth of shipping and handling. I called to speak to someone and the person on the the other end was so uncaring and didn't even want to help me or explain why I got a shipping charge. I won't be shopping here anymore

Pitiful customer service. Take forever to answer the phone. Then, they had the nerve to call and leave me a v/m at 11:30PM!! That is because the company outsources their customer service to South Africa - among other places. I placed an order for Zinc tablets. It was paid for via my credit card, and shipped. I received a confirmation email from Puritan's Pride and another follow-up email from UPS. When the shipment didn't arrive on Saturday I tracked it. Only then did I learn that my order had been returned to the warehouse. After 2 phone calls; first one over 1 hour between hold-time and conversation with CSR, second one for 1/2 hour. Their 'best' solution - refund my money. Since Zinc is on back order placing another order is not an option. And since I wasted 1 week waiting for the order - there is no other option for my other friends or me to purchase zinc. So disappointing. I was willing to put up with large bottles that are only 1/2 full even though that seemed like a waste. But this is ridiculous. Re-calling an order that had been fully paid for by a customer. will be buying local or searching for another online option.

After many years of satisfaction I am discontinuing because of poor customer service. When you are lied to it raises a red flag and then charged for an item that they just said wouldn’t be available for another 3 months it shows the company is going downhill.

I have been loyal to Puritans Pride for years. But something has changed in the last year. Their product quality is going down. Their service is bad. They have traded many quality supplements in for flashy packaging and supplement "blends". I am so disappointed. Another company ruining their product to squeeze out some profit.

I have ordered from Puritan's Pride for years, but will not order from them again. I placed an order that I was supposed to receive by 12/31. From the tracking info, I could tell that the package was bogged down & hadn't gone anywhere for several days. Another order was processed on 1/15, but now one of the items I ordered was no longer available. And to top it off, when I called several days later because I never received a tracking #, found out that even though I was provided an order #, the order was never placed. So, then another order was placed & I finally received it 1/28. The third order was supposed to be sent expedited shipping due to the previous delays, but it was not. It was sent regular mail via UPS. I think Puritan's Pride is a good company & has a good product, but their customer service has suffered greatly in recent years. Most of the reps are very hard to understand & have a hard time speaking understandable English.

I ordered vitamins from Puritan's Pride for several years and I thought it is respectable and reliable company, but... I live in Russia and I have to pay for international shipment. That's why I always try to order for about $100. It is clear, if I buy 1 product with $10 price and pay $17 for the shipment in fact I get that product for $27, but if I buy 10 pcs for $100 and pay $25 for the shipment one piece is $12.5. They sent last package without some ordered product. Nobody told me before the package was sent that some position is out of stock. If they did - I would change order and keep average cost of vitamins including shipment in a resonable limits. But they didn't warn me and informed me when I could change nothing. They refunded money for the absent position but as a result I've bought vitamins 50% more expensive (with a glance of shipping cost) than I ordered! Nice difference! Moreover, shipment cost with such a cut order had to be cheaper but they didn't cut it for the less weight. I wrote to Customer Help explaining situation. I hoped they compensate my loss by some way but the answer was "We are sorry, bla-bla-bla, please order again." Who would buy again after that? I don't want to get vitamins 50% more expensive than I paid for. Shame on you, Puritan's Pride! P.S. After this review I got reply from the company. They refunded $5 for wrong shipment cost and sent $5 as apology. Nobody in Puritan's Pride tried to calculate how much I really lost. I wrote to them again with detail calculation but they don't need to keep loyal customers: still no answer.

I have been a customer for years without any major problems this time they shorted me 6 bottles of CO q10, when I called they told me that that was excluded in the sale. I told the guy on the phone that I had the flyer that came in the mail showing CO q10 and they refused to make it right. As far as I'm concerned that was false advertising and I will never do business with them again. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMERS.

I ordered vitamins online. They charged my card but I never got an order confirmation. I called and they said the order did go through and gave me an order number. A couple of days later I noticed that the charge was gone from my card. I emailed the company. The website says that you will get a response in 48 hours. I emailed on 10/2/19 and was finally contacted on 10/8/19. The woman said that the order was never completed and she would help me place a new order and give me free expedited shipping for my trouble. She then told me my total would be $37 more for the same product I had ordered originally. She did correct that and gave me my new total. When I got the email confirmation for my order it was more than what she told me because I was charged for the shipping. I checked my card and sure enough, it included the shipping charge. I have been ordering vitamins from them for years with no issues but I will never order from them again. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I am finding completely formed PP's SAM-E pills in my poop! I understand that they are enteric coated. From my research, this means that the pill does not dissolve until it gets to the intestines. Seems that is not happening. As a test, I dropped one into a glass of water and 24 hours later, no change. Emailed PP and asked them are they aware of this and why it is not doing what it is supposed to. The only thing I got back from PP was a return label apologizing that I did not like their product.
