Great service

Excellent service, although not the type car I was expecting they said executive which I would assume is the BMW or Mercedes? We ended up with a Skoda there, then a Toyota on the return. I paid the extra for this compared to other taxi services available. It was a nice extra to stop for coffee on our way to Gatwick also a little chocolate and water.But none of this on our return we had just done a 8 h 30 min flight!. Once again not very executive. Both drivers were great tho, no issues with pick up or drop off. Cars very clean and tidy.

Driver had a flat tyre on route to the airport so wasn’t there to greet me but was very apologetic and got me home in good time. Left me to just relax in the back as I think it had been a stressful morning for the pair of us. Good service all round

Top stuff! We were late through customs at Heathrow but didnt matter our driver was there to collect us and a very short walk to the car. Smooth drive back, music on low and no pointless conversation. Thanks very much for a pleasant journey, will use again and recommend, thanks Howard & Mandy

Excellent service, easy to book and the 24 hour WhatsApp service is very handy. The driver details were sent to me the day before, he showed up 15 mins early and it seemed as though nothing was too much of an ask for this company! Will definitely recommend to everyone, thank you airport expert to all! :) my driver Alex was very professional and wonderful company for my early morning drive to the airport - thank you!

Got the picking time wrong so my daughter missed the beginning of the hydro pool session. Very disappointing. .... I have just tried contacting the company directly as indicated in the reply from the company. I was told I was banned from using their services because I dared leave a negative review. I am utterly disgusted. I have just changed the review and overall score for this reason.

I would 100% use Airport Expert again. It was the perfect way to start our holiday with a relaxing, easy journey to Heathrow. As our flight was in the early hours, complimentary coffee was waiting in the car which was a thoughtful touch. Collection from Heathrow was seamless also. I have already recommended the company to a friend who is travelling to Heathrow in near future.

Exactly on time . Spotless car. Polite driver. All very good. We particularly liked the e mail sent the day before to confirm the booking and to give us all the details. There is always a nagging thought that the car may not turn up.
