Amazing service, so professional, our driver was great and the company brilliant to deal with- would highly recommend.

I was not sure about making the booking because there are a lot of scam taxi services online but this one is legit. The driver arrived on time at LHR, well dressed and the car was well maintained. I had to pickup a coffee for my journey and the driver was considerate to wait for me. Would definitely recommend this service.

Taxi arrived on time and was great, clean and friendly. Down side which I am not sure who is to blame is that it was originally booked with Portsmouth taxis and through a booking agency . That made I’d ridiculously expensive for a 2 mile ride and I paid extra for text message update which never happened.. You should sort it out because you get the blame as the end service provider.

A very prompt and professional service, a real breath of fresh air once you have stepped off a plane and spent your previous half a day dealing with Airport officials. Service could not have been better, clean cars, polite drivers who were keen to please any need they could. Will use every time from now on.

I availed of Airportexpert's services on 10 Oct. I moved my trip a day earlier (originally booked for 11 Oct) and my amendment was totally hassle-free in Airportexpert's end. Claude, my driver, arrived at my hotel 10 minutes before the agreed time. He was also welcoming and helped me with my multiple luggages. I'm a lone female traveler, and I felt safe during my trip from Gatwick to Portsmouth. Getting a quote and booking are also a breeze. They replied quickly when I sent them emails and also when I reached out via WhatsApp. I definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring a private taxi service!
