We had a wait over one hour for a car to arrive due to being stuck in traffic this is the first time this has ever happened when I’ve had a collection of an airport very disappointed but the driver was very good regards Darren riddoch

Because of the recent rail strikes, I had no option but to get a taxi to Gatwick. After phoning several companies and getting eye-watering quotes I came across Airport Expert. The price was the best, the service was first rate. I had to reschedule and it was no bother to do so. I had an email the day before confirming the time, the car make & model & licence plate, name of driver and his phone number. The trip was very relaxing. Highly recomended.

I have found all aspects of this company are highly professional. The back office staff are swift to respond, polite, attentive and helpful. The drivers are smartly dressed, engaging, informative, helpful with the luggage and drove with precision and competence. The cars were very clean and came with fresh bottled water which was a good touch. They adapted to the last minute arrival change of both time and airport without any fuss and they didn't charge me any more. I was very impressed by Airport Expert and I have also recommended them for my company to use for our VIPs.
