India | 13 January 20251-Star Rating Review I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Crazy Domains. Despite repeated follow-ups over the past 2 months, my issue remains unresolved. I initiated an internal transfer of 400+ domains to my account (Account ID: M12093806). However, only approximately 285 domains have been added to my account, leaving 131 domains missing. Every time I contact support, they simply state that the domains have been transferred and that I should check my account or refer to the email sent under the case ID: OEML-2163856. But in reality, the domains are still not in my account, and no resolution has been provided for this issue. It is highly frustrating that such an important issue has been pending for so long, and I’m forced to escalate the matter again and again without any concrete action. I expect Crazy Domains to take responsibility, resolve this issue immediately, and add the remaining domains to my account. This level of service is unacceptable, and until my issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Crazy Domains to anyone.
