Until a few months ago I was quite happy with their service and reliability.My website is probably the smallest one they host as it is more or less only for my personal 'entertainment' and for also hosting a few email accounts. A few months ago some sort of 'restructuring' took place or something and since then pretty much nothing works properly or only for a short while. The support team usually only reacts once and doesn't follow up when the issue(s) I am reporting are still not resolved. Instructions on their support web site are not in sync with the actual options apparently (not) available on the control panel. I always get security warnings when I open my emails on my client (Outlook). I cannot send to recipients hosted in Outlook.com as my email server's IP address is blacklisted with them. Other recipients seem to be a bit more lenient... I cannot add the 'free SSL' certificate to my subdomain for some reason; the list goes on. So in short, not a happy chappy at the moment and for the last few months.

Excellent service

I've had to use the Live Chat feature a couple of times this week as I've had to make updates in my DNS Settings. I am a bit of rookie with this, so I got onto the Live Chat, and both customer representatives were so incredibly helpful. Both fixed my DNS settings promptly, which saved me a lot of time reading through instructions that were never going to compute with my brain. Both online chats were connected with zero wait time. Excellent service - a very happy customer over here!
