I have been with Crazy Domains for over 2 years now. Every staff I've dealt with is always courteous, professional and awesome trouble shooters! Even when requesting massive changes. I am also thankful that I never get the sales or upsales pitch. Makes me feel supported. Gideon is no exception. He swiftly helped me with a very technical issue that is in the realm of numbers and letters with no real sense to me. It was all sorted and I'm very happy.

Needed urgent support to enable new website. Support line responded promptly and Felix quickly resolved my issues, and was courteous and patient.

Gedeon, the support engineer was fantastic. After a electric storm my IP address was changed which blocked my access to the database (not crazy domains fault!). Gedeon addressed the issue in seconds and I was up again in minutes. I have been with Crazy Domains for over 20 years and I stay with them because their support is really fabulous. They never take more than a few seconds to answer the phone and they always deal with any issue on my Web Hosting efficiently and completely. I would recommend Crazy Domains to anyone wanting a domain name, web hosting, database hosting etc.

these guys are diabolical - every single thing that can go wrong goes wrong. their sales assistants lie, dont understand what the limitations of what they are selling are and any issue, of which i have had many takes several calls to customer service for them to change a variety of things they were meant to do initially. i actually hate them
