I used to manage call centres for a career and the customer service and support that I constantly receive from Crazy Domains is AMAZING! Phone calls are answered with only a minimal wait time and in most instances they answer immediately. They always ask for full details so I am satisfied that my account is always secure. My most recent interaction was with recent ticket number, I-18744642 and I need to add a number of TXT records for my web developer to use. I am not a technical person and I was able to get everything done for me by Gedeon (the tech support person that I spoke with) making the whole process painless for someone with my limited knowledge of those technical aspects. I have no hesitation in recommending Crazy Domains across all of the services that they provide. I am with them for life and I know that my stress levels would skyrocket if I ever tried to use anyone else. Thank you Crazy Domains and all of your wonderful staff - no matter who I speak with the result is always AMAZING!

Many basic features that other registrars include as standard come with additional charges at CrazyDomains. Of particular concern for website owners working with developers: CrazyDomains implements unnecessarily restrictive domain management policies. They create frustrating barriers for web developers trying to access essential domain controls - access that you, as the domain owner, should rightfully have full control over. The platform's approach to domain locking and permission management is particularly problematic. Web developers often find themselves unable to make necessary technical changes, leading to delays and additional complications in website development and maintenance. I strongly recommend researching alternative domain registrars that offer transparent pricing and more flexible domain management options. Australia | 08 January 2025I had no end of trouble trying to get the VPS team to fix my issues. After two days of emails for ticket E-247266, they came back to me telling me they had forwarded my email setup issue to Titan support, and that they couldn't help with my DNS issue as "it appears that the name servers are not hosted with us." That a direct quote from those useless people hiding behind they email screen. SO... I got on the phone and spoke with Charity, she was FANTASTIC! She instantly changed my DNS to the new Shopify name server, without even asking for the information, she knew it already. (the DNS team had to ask, and still couldn't fix it when I sent them the information). Then, Charity fixed the Titan setup, and was very thorough to ensure I was aware my old email would not longer be accessible, making sure I had backed up everything I needed from there. Charity was polite, apologetic for the VPS teams inequities, knowledgeable and fixed the issues in a flash! Give her a promotion!

Australia | 04 January 2025Domain purchases does not include adding a TXT record, therefore linking to Microsoft 365 or other services that might use your domain with, will attract additional costs of $26 (monthly/annual) commitments are not mentioned in the activation page. A TXT record is a one-time entry, no maintenance required after the fact. CrazyDomains Support declined adding the requested entry.
