I am a small business, as in one human, who runs a website but is pretty much a noob in regards to the back end of the website. I am sure I am annoying to support due to that noobness, but I am always efficiently and usefully helped, and I really appreciate it. My latest interaction was a back and forth escalated email support chat with Shafeeque, and I have had many positive interactions with many support staff, through chat, email and phone. For me it has always been positive.
