Received great service from Jeremiah

Watch this company. Their email hosting advertising is misleading. Also, they overcharged my credit card for the service. The amount they said they would charge matches the website, but it is not what they billed. The overcharge included an 'overseas transaction fee' too, despite the fact that everything is specifically advertised in AUD, they advertise Australian numbers and they represent their presence as being in Sydney. Too much misrepresentation for me. I have been with this company for 10 years, but it is over now. (PS: If you provide them instruction via email they will ignore it -- they don't like anything in writing).

Amazing Assistance

We had an issue with email DKIM / SPF records. Jazzver was able to assist me without any fuss at all. The knowledge and courtesy shown was above average.

Crazy domains always goes over and above to assist in any issues, regardless of if they are responsible or not. They value their customers and go the extra mile as the experts to address any issues. Product are reasonable in cost, support is provided always at no extra cost. Other companies I have used don't support if they are not responsible, leaving me exposed and having to investigate the issues myself. CD have a great business model and I will remain a customer with this level of service, without a doubt.
