After multiple phone calls, Gedeon stepped in to resolve this issue. three stars for the overall experience but five stars to this officer who quickly resolved what had been a five-hour/two-day journey.

Unfortunately, the website has not been operational for more than a year. Initially, I was pleased with the assistance provided by Manilyn, but I have not heard from her since, and I assume she may have left the company. My subsequent interactions with Deniel from the Web Design Team and his team have been highly frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the website remains non-functional, and I have not received any meaningful support. This experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend Crazy Domains to anyone. The customer service has been poor, with a lack of transparency and an inability to follow simple instructions. I have found your hosting services to be non-competitive, with frequent spam issues. I have been patient and silent for a long time, but sharing my experience as a valued client is essential. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements in your services.

New Zealand | 19 November 2024This review would have been a 1 star from the live chat, but in a rage I ended up phoning up (which had no wait times) and speaking to Paul ticket no I-18007458, what a complete 180 in conversation, super friendly, explained to me what had happened and even offered a satisfying fix. Could not recommend Paul's help enough. I really appreciate it :) Customer Service done right!
