Customer Service Rep Marion was super helpful and alleviated a lot of stress when I was having trouble fixing my DNS settings. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very courteous. She shared screenshots with me to show me what she had done, and asked questions when she was unsure. It really helped and I'm so grateful! I've had domains with Crazy Domains for several years and have only had a couple of issues over all that time. Donnalou was very helpful in quickly understanding my technical issue and providing a complete response to such. I also use Squarespace and know its HelpDesk could learn a great deal from Donnalou's willingness to solve a customer's problem and not just refer the client to a PDF, external link or say it's all too hard!

I've always had the best experience with Crazy Domains. Every time I have an issue or concern, I use the "Message Us" popup and am quickly connected with a representative. They always solve the issue with one interaction. The most efficient service, great communication and so helpful. Wouldn't want my website, domain and email to be managed by anyone else.
